Good apartment, good service, and the best management I've ever dealt with. All issues are resolved at the first request, issues are eliminated in the hours counted. The manager Albina is ready to come to the rescue at any time of the day and make our stay in the apartment comfortable and carefree.
Great property near beautiful walking trails. Office and staff where always nice. If I move back to the Concord area would definitely come back.
I wish my work had extended me. I enjoyed my stay at Mountain View Apt even though I had rented a studio apt, I found my living very comfortable, the laundry facilities convenient, and the price a value. The staff especially Albena were very accessible, willing to take care of any needs or concerns I had. The buildings were undergoing some resurfacing and landscaping but the work crews were very quiet, discreet. The environment was maintained neat and clean. I would rent here again in the future. My favorite perk was the in house mail access which made getting mail after work pleasant and safe and easy access to the freeway.
Me and my family moved to Mountain View Apartments 6 months ago and since the first day the management is very professional, respectful and helpful! Any work order requests and/or emergencies are taken care of right away by their friendly maintenance team. Property is clean and well taken care of. Security also works daily at night time. We are happy residents here.
The manager would not respond to things that needed to be fixed in a timely manner
