The "City of Seven Wonders" is in itself a wonder. It is home to the tallest mountain in Arizona, Lowell Observatory, the US Naval Observatory, the Arizona Snowbowl, the Meteor Crater, and historic Route 66. It is the gateway to Grand Canyon National Park and has a strong tourism industry. Flagstaff is surrounded by national forests and is ideal for those who enjoy hiking, camping, mountain climbing, skiing, and snowboarding. Woodlands Village is a fantastic Flagstaff neighborhood, located just south of downtown and adjacent to Northern Arizona University. It is bordered by I-40 and I-17 for fast commutes throughout the region, and the neighborhood features a large shopping district along Woodlands Village Road.
Woodlands Village is attractive and wooded, offering beautiful mountain views, the Flagstaff Urban Trail, and nearby parks. Downtown Flagstaff is just over a mile north, and Northern Arizona University is about a half a mile from Woodlands Village.

impossible to get a hold of. i put in a maintenance request and they never showed up. i highly suggest you stay away and find a better and more affordable place.
Love the area of this apartment complex. Beautiful grounds, and the apartments themselves are beautiful and spacious.
This is the ideal place to live if you want a real Flagstaff experience. The complex is tucked away near local trails, and offer everything you need from a 24 hour fitness center, dog park, and hot tub. Management is great, and very thoughtful with their community events!
Mountain Trail is a FANTASTIC place to live in Flagstaff as a professional, student, or family. Beyond the fact the apartments are near new with great finishes, smartphone controlled temperature and door locking, fireplaces, deep sink, great hot water, etc the management here is EXCELLENT. Maintenance requests are always followed up promptly within 24-48 hrs and maintenance is friendly. Front management is also very helpful. I have had an ongoing special request and management has been there for me and very accommodating. Ellie, Judy, and the rest of the management are always responsive, friendly, and provide very courteous service. The location of the apartments is also very good. Close to downtown, HWY 40 or 17, and relatively close to snow bowl. Apartments are move in ready, lots of storage spaces too! Check it out!
