I move in 7 years ago, I have nothing but good things to say about, Alicia is super friendly and accommodating The complex is well maintained and the apartment itself is pretty nice and roomy!

I’ve lived here for many years and I’ve never had a problem. Management is on point on fixing whatever I needed. they had someone spray the property every week and the maintenance crew would keep the property super clean. It does depend on tenant’s on keeping their apartment clean.

Its the worst full of roaches! All they care about is the outside, had the worst experience here for 3 years!!

Apartments look nice on the inside, especially having up and downstairs. A lot of problems, things are quick fixed to rush and get the apartment ready and management will rush you through so it’s easy to overlook things. Roaches everywhere so much that we had to take out the trash almost every night. No way to get rid of them even if you are the cleanest person. If you need something fixed good luck getting help, basically you are on you’re own after you move in

We have lived here almost 1 year and we love it. Neighbors are friendly. Office and maintenance are amazing.

This apartment is the so unsafe someone can simply walk in and destroy your car; break ur windshield, your bumper and all. Apartment units are FILLED WITH ROCHES and u can’t do nothing about them. And all of them other reviews are so biased. U need to live in them units to know what kinda mess you got yourself into

Almost two years ago I moved to these apartments and the truth is a very nice place to live, I like the service of the manager and his staff, thanks Alicia.

We've been living in Mountain Crest Apartments in Fontana for almost 2 years, it's a spacious two bedroom, one and a half bath townhomes. The environment is neat and at night everything is quiet and peaceful until early morning. We have a lot of nice and friendly neighbors. The staff; Alicia and Richard are helpful and when you need them they are available any time. Just tell them what you need and they will do their best. I'm thankful to Ms. Alicia because she is very considerate and helpful since day 1. It is a friendly little community, I recommend this place!

Al estar buscando apartamentos de renta en el area de Fontana, me encontre con estos hermosos townhomes,pregunte a la manager sobre la disponibilidad para rentar, y ella amablemente me informo que no tenia nada por el momento, me gusto la forma en que fui tratada el lugar esta limpio y agradable,, es un buen lugar para vivir,tal vez regrese en otro tiempo para rentar, recomiendo este lugar para vivir.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The grounds are very nice and the inside of the townhouses are updated and modern. They have a very homey feel definitely looking forward to living here.

The Mountain Crest Town homes are a great place to live! We recently renewed our lease,and i am honestly so happy with this residence. The manager on site and maintenance are the best, very kind and extremely helpful and caring. I would recommend anyone to try this place out, you wont regret it!
