This apartment was a wonderful place to live and had a very homey, comfortable feel. It was especially convenient to have many utilities included in the rent. I would definitely recommend it!

Betty is a fantastic property manager and is very flexible! Having the majority of utilities included was a plus. If you need repairs or anything fixed, Randy is a pleasure to work with and should be able to get whatever you need up and running in no time. The garages are spacious and easy to access. The island you'll have in the apartment is very handy and the countertops are really nice. Closets are very large. Highly recommend these apartments!!!

I enjoyed my 1 years at Mount View and wish I could go back! The windows and patio doors brought so much light into my second floor apartment. Randy, the maintenance man, and Betty, the property manager, were quick to help if any issues came up. I felt safe in the neighborhood and loved how close it is to the highway!

I lived here for 4 years and loved my time! Clean, quiet and close to grocery stores/Target. I loved the large pantry and large living room! The property manager is great and quick to any questions or concerns you may have.

We loved living in this apartment community! Betty, the property manager is fantastic! She's very friendly, and easy to work with. The neighbors were also amazing! Us and our dog, loved having run-ins with the neighbors. It was just time for us to move on, and we will miss this community so much!

My fiancé and I truly loved living here! We had wonderful neighbors, repairs were always made in a timely manner, and Betty was a fantastic landlord. She made us feel like we were important even when she had hundreds of other tenants. We are grateful that moving out was easy when we bought our first home. Thanks, Betty!

My experience at the Mountain Bay apartments exceeded way beyond my expectations of living in an apartment! Betty was great to work with, very pet friendly, and made me feel at home. I was skeptical about living in an apartment after coming from a house, but Betty made the transition more comfortable and reassuring. If I had any issues they were resolved asap. Very well kept, spacious place. All neighbors were wonderful and very respectful. I loved the feel of the upper apartment as it felt so spacious and open. Super nice having everything (except electric) included! I would recommend these apartments to anyone I know. :) I can't say enough good about them!

One of the best, if not the best apartment complexes around the greater wausau area. Structures are clean with all appliances up to date. Staff was very easy to work with and responded quickly to any requests. I would find it hard to move into any other place with a fair enough price for the ameneties provided (indoor wash/drier and a massive garage).

Definitely recommend living here! Betty is very helpful with any questions. we first had a one bedroom and she helps us move into a 2 bedroom! Apartments are nice and clean. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood!

These apartments are absolutely beautiful and well kept. Very wonderful to come home to and amazing neighbors. Betty is phenomenal and truly cares about the tenants.

I enjoyed my time at Mountain Bay Apartments. It is a quiet complex and I never had any issues with any of my neighbors. Property Management is prompt to respond and resolve any issues within the unit.

I really enjoyed living at Mountain Bay Apartments. I felt safe and everyone was very quiet! Never had a problem with parties and they are far from the busy road. I had my dog there with me and it was a great place to walk around with him. A lot of green space. Betty, the manager was very helpful when I moved in. She was very accommodating and helped me out a lot. Very responsive! I bought a house and was glad they have the option to break your lease (with a fee of course).

I’ve done a lot of moving around and have lived in several apartments over the years but this is by far my best and favorite living situation! The apartments are extremely well kept with spacious rooms, and great appliances. It’s right in the perfect location where it’s not directly on a busy street, but is accessible to everything in the area. I plan on staying here for as long as possible!

I lived in Mountain Bay apartments for almost 4 years, and it was a great experience. The apartments are large and have tons of storage. They're located in a great spot - walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store. The property manager Betty is awesome - I could contact her about anything and she'd get back to me quickly and would do whatever she could to help. Randy, who does maintenance and groundskeeping, is a saint - he works very hard to keep the property and apartments looking and working great(and is always on the ball when the weather turns snowy!) I highly recommend living here.

Lived here for close to 3 years and highly recommend! The units are very spacious and comfortable, especially for the price. Very quiet area, and nice neighbors. Maintenance and management was always very responsive to any requests. Great location as well.

I lived here for the past 4 years before moving into my house. These apartments are spacious. Management and maintenance staff do a great job responding to messages in a timely manner. The units are spacious and well maintained, and are located close to multiple great stores, restaurants, and the high way!

I recently bought a house but lived in these apartments for 7 years. I will miss the community feel of this place. It was quiet and clean, two things I feel are very important. Betty was always very responsive and helpful. A quick text or email and I had an answer to any question. Maintenance was always clean, quick and respectful. Neighbors were very friendly. It truly felt like a community.

Loved living here. Location is perfect with highways, restaurants, shops, & trails nearby. Property manager was excellent to work with & very communicative.

We lived there three years and only left because we had closed on our first home. As far as apartments go, this is the best that I could find in this price range as far as cleanliness, amenities, and management were concerned. Betty (Property Manager) was absolutely fantastic and was there for us every step of the way from move-in to move-out. Requests for information or repairs (as needed) were promptly handled at minimal cost, and it’s very evident that the property is well-kept when you go to tour other options in the area. Night and day difference- this is the best you’ll find!

Lived here for about 5 years and if it wasn't for buying a home I would've gladly stayed another 5. Betty was an excellent landlord and was always very responsive if had any issues (which there weren't many) She was also super helpful when I had to move out early from my lease for my home purchase. Would definitely recommend looking into this place for your next place to live!! Thanks Betty!

First off Betty is the best landlord/landlady there is!! Super nice, very welcoming, and super helpful with anything you might need or need help with, she is by far the best at her job! The complex is beautiful and the people here are nothing short of awesome, and this place is nothing short of great! I highly recommend Mountain Bay to anyone looking for a nice, quiet, and great place to call home. 100!!

After moving out of my lake home,I needed to find a place to live..my son went on line and found MountainBay..so impressed with the photos and even more happy with seeing it in person.. I absolutely loved it, the open concept, private entrance and much more. The location couldn’t be better, close to everything, yet in its private area. It is family owned, so any concern you might have is followed up immediately....management there is great... always there if you have any issues and so caring. I felt safe and secure there, it was to be my forever home until a family emergency arose. I miss it and the people there.

Nice amenities and located close to shopping, the interstate, and schools. Never had a problem with management, the building, or the appliances. Neighbors are friendly and policies are well thought out. Will be signing my renewal for another year.

I cannot say this enough, these apartments are amazing. We are current residents here (been here for two years so far) and are loving it. The apartments, inside and out, are so well kept and everyone is so friendly. Neighbors are always helping eachother out and maintenance is very quick to respond. Betty does such a great job with what she does. The service is remarkable and everything I could ask for. Definitely check these apartments out, you wont regret it!

After living at Mountain Bay for about 3 years, I honestly don't have a single complaint. The location was perfect - secluded and quiet, but close to a lot of restaurants and stores. I never had any issues with any of the other tenants. I didn't have any noise concerns, everyone was very friendly and respectful. The management was very easy to work with - very helpful and friendly, but not overbearing like many other properties. Everything is very well maintained and whenever there were maintenance issues, they were attended to very quickly. The rent was very reasonable for the area and quality of living, especially since so many of the utilities were included. If I were to move back to the area, I would seriously consider living at Mountain Bay again!

Cute, snug & comfortable apartment home. If we were not building a new home, we would have loved to stay in the community longer term! Staff & neighbors are kind, welcoming & concerned for each other's welfare. Apartment was maintained impeccably well, during our brief time W/D & smoke alarms were inspected as part of routine maintenance. Never experienced any difficulties! Water is nice & HOT, utility bills incredibly low. We would highly recommend this community as a true home experience. We cannot say enough about how we were treated with kindness, dignity & respect by Betty Ann while seeking a home for ourselves & our small pet. Amber adjusted to her new environment & neighboring animals quickly, and enjoyed watching the neighbor dogs coming & going out the patio window. Complex is located close to shopping, groceries, restaurants, with easy access on/off major highways, yet with the neighborhood set back from the main road (Schofield Avenue) was overall quiet. Neighbors were respectful & quiet, no late commotion or drama. Welcomed the first weekend we moved in with a Potluck meal & music!! Neighbors would routinely bake & "share" goodies with each other.......we highly recommend this apartment community for a truly caring & homelike experience! Enjoyed my 5 years living in this apartment complex. It was always well cared for and any problems were taken care of in a timely matter. With all the utilities included the rent was very reasonable and the apartments were very upgraded. Betty, the manager, was always pleasant and easy to talk to. She was very diligent on making things are well maintained.

Lived in my apartment there for almost 2 years and only left them because I moved out of state. The apartments are wonderful and taken care better than any other place I have stayed at (snow removal, lawn care and general maintenance). Very quiet and respectable neighbors/neighborhood and the property manager (Betty) works hard to keep it that way. I saw a couple of negative reviews pop up and I cant help but laugh at them all. I have never experienced any of the negative reviews and the only thing that makes sense when I see them is it is most likely a disgruntle previous renter trying to take a jab at the apartments. Go take a tour and talk to Betty you will see exactly what I experienced. All that being said if every property manager takes care of me as well I'll be very fortunate. Highly recommended and will move back in them if I ever move back to the area! You will be extremely happy with this choice :)

I have a feeling a few of the bad reviews were made by problem tenants, which are few and far between. My husband, kids and I lived here for over 3 years. I hardly heard a peep out of my neighbors and the rare times that I had a neighbor who caused minor issues Betty (property manager) was on it immediately. Yes, they come to inspect the washer/dryer every half a year or so as well as making sure the smoke detectors worked well. No snooping - as was stated in a different review, Betty and the maintenance guy quickly inspected things with an advance notice and are out of your home in less than 2 minutes. The neighborhood is very quiet, the lawn care and snow removal is the best I've seen. You're in close proximity to stores but far enough away to have a peaceful home. The apartments are actually well insulated, and Betty always tries to place families with kids on ground floors so running around is not an issue. Yes, depending on your neighbor you may hear them every once in a while but honestly, that's apartment life. We moved out only due to needing a larger home. Otherwise, we would have gladly stayed! I am so happy we lived at Mountain Bay and I highly recommend this location.

Mountain Bay apartments are located in a great area! They're located closely to restaurants, gas stations, and other popular businesses, but is in an enclosed community so there's peace and quiet when needed/wanted. The neighbors are so friendly and make you feel right at home. This is my first time living out on my own and I couldn't have chosen a better apartment complex.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mountain Bay! The apartment was spacious, very clean, well kept, and filled with new energy efficient ammenities. Betty the property manager was always so kind and sweet to us, and she is always there to help with anything you may need! The apartment community was safe and quiet, close enough to town to be very convenient, but far enough away to be quiet. We lived in these apartments for a little over 2 years and everything about it was great. Betty does a fantastic job answering any questions and handling and problems that arise. I have a family of 4 and we had more than adequate space with the 2 bedroom apartment. In home laundry was a huge plus and that fact that there were virtually no utilities was wonderful as well. I wouldn't put too much thought into the negative reviews. It is too bad when you go on here to look at reviews and notice that there are some negative ones, because honestly I have no idea how that can be. My only thought is that they were bad tenants. All in all I would rate this place a 6 out of 5 because everything from the actual facility to the quality of customer service received is top notch! Keep it up Betty, Randy, and the rest of the folks at Mountain Bay!

although the apts. are very nice if you are a young smoking couple this would not be a place for you. they have you sign a no smoking in the apt agreement then the manager will harass you about smoking outside on your porch. they went as far to question us about who and why people were at my apt. i can see this if i damaged there property or failed to pay my rent. BUT as a tenant that pays their rent on time or early every month you should have some level of privacy !!!!

My husband and I lived in this apartment complex for 1 year, and unfortunately it was 1 year too long . The acoustics in these buildings are terrible, you can hear everything your neighbors do, especially if you live downstairs. The constant noise of the neighbors was disregarded by management as what happens when you live in such close quarters. My husbands has lived in many other apartment buildings and never had any issues. They are good value apartments as long as you don't mind never having a good nights sleep or a peaceful moment ever again otherwise run!!!!

seemed like a good location...close to everything but on a quiet street

Dogs barking at all hours of the night, cops in the apartment parking lots, very poor yard care. But they check the washing machines very 2-3 months - Betty just needs to nose around the apartments. Talk to some of the people in the building before for rent.

I'm very pleased with my stay here for the past few years. No complaints. This is a very enjoyable place to rent. Allows pets. Place is quiet both inside and out. Staff is easy to contact. Maintenance is quick. Location is nice by a few places to eat and workout. Strict guidelines keep things orderly and appliances in good condition.
