Great community! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! The staff is always there to answer questions and my neighbors have gone out of their way to make sure they welcomed me when I first moved in.
We have lived here a little over a year and we enjoy living here. The location is amazing it is so close to everything we go to on a regular basis. The staff is nice and the maintenance staff is personable and gets things done when requested.
The property manager is very helpful , she addressed all our concerns to make us feel home. Its a quite and safe community. The maintenance dept. is responsive to all the requests even after hours.
This is a beautiful, safe, and quiet community. My apartment is spacious and my favorite part is the dining area next to the kitchen. The bathroom is also very nice.
I have been living here for a few months now and I must say it has been overall good for me. Especially maintenance they respond in a timely manner and are very respectful of my home.
We like the community very well. It is very spacious and amenities are good. Parking is plenty. The maintenance services are good and quick. I would love to have tennis court and kids play area inside the community. But the nearby Park Place compensate it. I would like to have the leasing office attend the calls from residents as they tend to miss and not call back.

Administration doesn’t give timely updates, found nails in the apartment parking lot and in my tires numerous times. Was lied to about rent not being raised dramatically, when it was hiked 30% in one year.
The residents have been friendly but the best have been in the office and maintenance. All requests have been handled promptly. I’m completely enjoying having my trash taken away by trash valet.

Great experience so far! The maintenance team is fantastic, they’re always so fast and do high quality work. You can hear through the walls pretty easily, so the noise can be annoying, but other than that, no complaints.
Mount Laurel Crossing is conveniently located near a large shopping area, has well-maintained facilities, is a large community, and has decent and unassigned parking NJ-38 is close by, but it is far enough that the traffic doesn’t bother you here There are train tracks here, but the train doesn’t come very often – when I don’t leave the community, it is very easy to forget the train tracks are there
This apartment complex is so welcoming. Everyone is super friendly and willing to help/look out for each other. The area is amazing and close to store and a nice walking path.

I have been here 9 years and I have enjoyed living at Mount Laurel Crossing. The complex is complete with everything you may want- clubhouse, business center, outdoor grilling with entertainment center, dog park, swimming pool, gym equipment with peloton. The maintenance people are top-notch.

Whether I want to relax by the sparkling swimming pool, work up a sweat in the state-of-the-art fitness center. All that’s missing is a pool table/ pool room.
I love living here & the amenities! Clean & spacious apartments especially the Magnolia floor plan! The upstairs neighbors are beyond disrespectful & loud during overnight hours but it has nothing to do with leasing office or the development.
Nicely maintained and managed. The noise level is at a minimum and the apartment itself is beautiful. I’ve only been here for a week but so far there are no complaints. I’m also grateful that there are designated trash areas that stay clean.

A well-taken care of grounds and apartments complex. Maintenance usually comes when the work order is placed on the same day or the next day. The office will work with you if a problem arises. I have lived here for over 8 years- upgrades are constantly being done to improve living conditions.

While I do not intend to renew my lease, it is only because my life path changed. This apartment, my neighbors, the maintenance staff, and the leasing agents have been a constant port in a stormy time in my life. I felt safe here from the jump. I can walk my dog at all times without issue. The amenities of the pool and year round grill usage are icing on the cake. Highly recommend

We are very happy that we moved to Mt Laurel Crossings. The community is very friendly and the staff are all very nice. If there is anything that needs fixing, the maintenance staff has been quick to fix and they keep us in the loop of the process.
