Mosaic Lofts

My wife and I wanted to express our gratitude in this email for the maintenance workers at Mosaic Lofts. They are very caring, compassionate and competent individuals that truly care for the work that they leave behind. This is something I noticed Immediately in the beginning when I first moved in almost 2 years ago for a problem with the bathroom sink. Very respectful when entering the home and informed us about the work he needed to do in a professional manner. I’ve never noticed a discrepancy from either or throughout my stay here at the Mosaic Lofts. Recently Mosaic Apartments received the Top 1% Elite Reputation Award for Excellence in Customer Service. I truly believe that it has maintained that title through the work of the Leasing Office and the Maintenance Team. Their families are so lucky to have role models like them that represent true caring, compassionate and competence when it comes to their work. I hope this hard work continues on through their families generations. I am more than sure the rest of the community feel the exact same away about them and would join me in showing their appreciation for their work especially during a pandemic that is destroying families all around the globe. A small act of kindness goes a long way. They go the extra mile.

These are by far one of the nicest apartment complex that I have lived in. The facilities are always super well maintained and clean. Friendly neighbors. The staff is very efficient and courteous. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

I've called Mosaic my home for a little over a year and everyday I've been grateful I chose it. Apartments are like new, social areas are always clean and well kept and amenities are plenty. Staff is always kind and attentive.

An amazing apartment complex with great amenities. What makes mosaic lofts great is the clean environment and welcoming environment. The pool is great year round. The gym and laundry facility are a nice bonus. The staff is always helpful and friendly when having any questions or concerns.

I have been living there about nine years and have had no complaints or issues. It is in a great location with various eateries close by and a theater. The complex is well maintained and pretty quiet. Not such a big complex so I love it. I would recommend this place!

I cannot day enough good things about this place. It was clean, affordable, and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Living at Mosaic was definitely a great experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

I have been living in the apartments for over a year now, sadly I am moving out due to a carrier change. Mosaic apt has been by far the best apartment experience I have had. All of the employees especially Charlie are by far the nicest people, they will always find a way to make your experience better. The community areas are always kept very clean and neat, I would totally come back and live here again if I get the chance to later in life. Mosaic apt delivers on its promise of Cool Living!!!

I've been renting for almost a year now, the facilities are always super well maintained and clean. The on-site manager is very efficient and courteous as well as the rest of the staff, best high end place to live in the area.

These are by far one of the nicest apartment complex that I have lived in. Always clean and management is always there to assist with anything. I feel safe living here knowing that the complex is gated and there are surveillance cameras. Neighbors are all great! I would recommend these apartments to anyone.
