Love my place! Absolutely quiet without any issues, very spacious, with a friendly staff willing to help whenever they can and always a phone call away.

great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers.. I love the convenience washer and dryer in unit and every appliance you need very quite out here.

I moved in about 11 months ago and it is a cozy, spacious and fantastic place to live!!! All of my needs have been met, staff and neighbors are great and everybody looks out for you!! I would recommend to all family and friends!!! Tanya is great and all the staff welcomed me and were kind and caring towards any questions or concerns!! Hands down the best place I ever stayed!!!

I love my apartment. I have covered parking and a brand new washer & dryer. Everything in the kitchen is new and there is a dog park for my dog right next to the playground for my son. No problems with the office ladies and they helped me get approved.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. Do not be convinced by the 4 star ratings. These people bribe tenants for good reviews in exchange for a deal off first months rent. Move here if you want to be charged $50 for any minor thing that they describe as “lease violations”. And no you don’t get a warning , and if you fail to pay the violation they will come into your apartment while you are not home and take anything that they see valuable as collateral. Where was I? Oh Move here if you want to pay $25-30 for covered parking and when you get off from a long day of work you discover someone is parked in your spot . Do they tow it you asked ? Lol there’s a sign but towing is NEVER enforced so just park anywhere for free! Hmm what else.. Oh Move here if you want management invading your apartment every month for “inspections” and God forbid don’t let anything be out of the ordinary for them , in your own personal space that their intruding in because guess what? That’s gonna be $50 Lol . Please save yourself the headache of moving here . There are far better complexes in the city .

When u get a price make sure you ask a lot of questions it is wayyyyy more than they say!!! During the pandemic they have been less than understanding. They charge you for extra stuff on the 4th then charge late fees on top of that! Maintenance is trash and the staff is all rude af do not rent here horrible I cannot wait to move

These apartments are super nice for the price. My unit has brand new everything and a large washer and dryer. They also just added a dog park & my fur baby loves it. Office ladies are nice and friendly. I will be staying a while.
