Located only 1 mile from University at Buffalo's South Campus, it is an ideal apartment complex for undergrad/graduate students. It is also located near Canisius and Medaille colleges. Metro rail is located minutes walk away on Amherst St. which is perfect for medical campus and downtown office workers. Multiple restaurants are located near by and not far from Delaware Park. Kitchens include dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinets. Multiple closets in the apartment are great for storage. Coin-operated laundry is available in the basement so you don't have to go off-site to do laundry. Heat is included in the rent, which is convenient given Buffalo's colder winters. Electric is not included. There is a parking lot in the back of the building for safe off-street parking.
