After my father passed away my mom struggled keeping up with the house. She wasn’t ready for assisted living . My brother and I looked into apartments in the area ( we both live in the Liverpool area), and wanted something close to us but also wanted a senior community for her . Morgan Square was the answer! They offer lots of activities , exercise groups, even a bus to go shopping, with little trips here and there. They were definitely built with seniors in mind ! My mom loves it here! The staff is awesome! It gives my brother and I piece of mind!
After downsizing from my house, I found the space more than adequate. There is a large pantry and bedroom closet. The windows are large and allow a lot of light in. I love my little deck! The neighbors are friendly. I have made many new friends. There are many activities each month and trips out if you desire.
I loved living at Morgan Square. Plenty of activities, lots of socializing, friendly staff, bus rides to lunch, and other things. Not sure why anyone would have anything negative to say!
Wonder why there are no positive reviews......because there is nothing positive to say. Many have written negative reviews but they somehow are removed. Do yourself and your family a favor and don't move there.
Rent goes up “every” year with nothing improving. Elderly residents who belong in a nursing home are dumped here by their kids as it is cheaper. The property manager has no authority to do anything and is mico-managed by her superior who is there to make money. A tenant’s association was established against the wishes of the Clover Group whose headquarters are in Buffalo. This group was formed just to force getting things done such as shampooing the hall rugs which were never done. Dogs were doing their business in the halls and right outside the doors. This place is a dump….please don’t send your parents there to die. Very few garages. Apartments are dark and dreary. New person every year for snow removal which is very inadequate and dangerous for the elderly.
