Overall the people here have been good to my kids.
Location is great, but that only gets you so much. Pool is pretty, but have deep pockets because HVAC systems appear to be insufficient in cooling.
Been living here for years, the staff from the office personnel to the maintenance team have been exceptional and professional. My neighbors are great, and for the Apartment Complex here at Morgan Park, it’s been convenient to walk over to the stores and banks. Overall, a Great place to Live.

Morgan Park staff are very friendly and courteous and meet all my needs and concern as a new tenant.
It’s been a pleasure living here for almost a year. A safe and well maintained property, maintenance personnel are quick to respond, The interior and exterior of these apartments are beautiful and spacious. The convenience of having a full size washer and dryer in my apartment is essential. Walking distance to shopping, is just steps away. Overall, a great place to live.

Rude office staff. Charged monthly for pest extermination but I am then greeted by spiders in my vehicle every morning. The pool is basically a public pool there's people jumping the fence weekly if not daily and taking over the entire space. Parking is a joke. The pool guy slams his tools around waking residents at 6:50 a.m. every Monday, weekly, so hopefully you don't work nights. The grounds and plants are completely unkempt, dog excrement is everywhere there is grass. There's hardly any hot water for showering. There's some bird situation where crows squawk for hours and bomb and kill other bird, luckily there's an abundance of stray cats to help control the birds. Residents leave shopping carts from Target next door by the stairs and they'll remain there for days. My appliances are over 20, yes TWENTY years old. But, if you like listening to leaf blowers 3-4 days a week for HOURS, having nowhere to park, and rude staff that treats you like you're a burden then Morgan Park is for you!! Also, can't forget to mention the security guard who walks around the pool on his speaker phone, slamming gate after gate, at 10-11 pm. EVERY NIGHT.

I had a last minute change in apartment complex. Morgan Park was made aware of my move in timeframe and was so helpful in the making the process swift and easy. The leasing office was amazing and thought of everything to make the process smooth.
This is a very nice community, I love my townhouse and the scenery is very beautiful. The management team are very friendly and helpful.
Morgan Park is a Safe.,QUIET, and Clean place to live. Staff are Friendly and are very Professional.
I will say it is so nice to have a friendly Maintenace staff that is always so helpful and responsive.
Morgan Parks staff is professional, friendly and always helpful with any issue. They respond quickly to inquires. This is the best place I have lived.
Overall the experience is pretty good. Parking is an annoying issue. Some of our neighbors are loud and having annoying yapping dogs that bark all day and sometimes at night.
Morgan Park is a wonderful place to call home, its a very nice build community, the location is close to shops and restaurants its perfect!
I have had a poor experience living here. The apartment was not move in ready when I received the keys. It had many issues the worst being the carpets that smelled like dog and others that have still not been repaired. For the amount I pay in rent I would have expected the apartment come with upgraded appliances, flooring and countertops but I was wrong. I unfortunately signed my lease without seeing the unit due to COVID and Im stuck now.
Location is perfect for commuters who commute to work. Right near gas stations, I-80 Freeway (East and West bound), Banks, and close to major Shopping center and Restaurants. Staff is Professional and Friendly. Maintenance crew is by far the most Reliable and Friendly Team I had ever met.
I have NEVER seen such a GORGEOUS place to live. This is by far the apartment of my dreams! Entry way is spacious, rooms are large and the paint color is gorgeous, accent wall is painted for free at request, bug spraying is also available at request. There's a welcome sign out front, making you feel comforted from the start. The main office is so gorgeous you want to hang out in there all day! Free lemonade and cookies? Count me in. Apartment floor plans are spectacular, 24 hour gym on site, outdoor pool is heated and lit, and very large. Not to mention outdoor fireplace and hot tub. This place makes you feel like royalty! Nicely lit, good views, very clean upon move in date, extremely kind staff (they got us an extra key and garage opener super quick!), surprisingly quiet (no screaming children or loud cars or noises at night, and I live in the building overlooking the street. Thick walls, sleep like a baby every night), respectful and kind neighbors, always doing something fun like the pizza party that was hosted out by the pool this week, and right next to some really amazing shops and job opportunities! For all of these perks, I think these apartments/townhouses are so nicely priced. Also, the apartment I'm living in has GORGEOUS tile and a beautiful fireplace that puts off just the right amount of heat, and central air and ceiling fans to keep you cool as a cucumber. I love these apartments! Do yourself a favor and get the longest lease you possibly can. Family and pet friendly. If there was a higher marking than A , this apartment complex would get it. Cleanest, nicest, most beautiful place I've ever lived in. Never want to leave!
Morgan Park is located near everything! Within walking distance of the Vacaville outlets, library, grocery stores, and your favorite restaurants. Even though it is surrounded by many businesses, it still manages to be one of the quietest apartment complexes in the are! Pet friendly, family friendly, heated pool, hot tub, gym, night time security patrol! What more could you want? Great prices for well kept apartments. Only reason its not five stars, is due to the lack of parking at times, but then again who can blame them, everyone wants to live here!
The best office staff. The quickest maintenance personnel. Accommodates to military! Clean, safe, awesome pool, awesome BBQ. What else can I say other than; The best! Why don't you live here yet?
