Property Ratings at MORGAN PARK ESTATES
I have lived at Morgan Park since May of 2022. The apartments are new, huge, and in an awesome, super quiet neighborhood. This is by far the best value in Duluth. Property manager is great to work with. I live in an upper unit and have a fabulous balcony that my cats love. Pet friendly for a small additional monthly fee. And did I mention all units have a garage? I’ll miss living here. Only downside is that any shopping is at least a 4-5 mile drive, but with everything else that is great about this place, that’s not a problem.
I’ve lived here since June 2021, and have never had a single issue. I live in an Upper unit, so I get to enjoy the sunrise off my balcony every single morning. The bedroom sizes are GENEROUS and the master has a walk-in closet with a washer and dryer for convenience. As the complex is brand new, so are all the appliances. You will not find many, if any, other Duluth apt complexes with the quality, space, and amenities here at Morgan Park Estates. The property manager is quick to respond, and maintenance genuinely cares about things being done correctly and quickly. I’m going to miss living here when I move.
