Property Ratings at Moreland North
I lived here for a little over a year with my partner and it was a lovely first apartment. if you’re looking for something simple and don’t mind older appliances I highly recommend. Denise is a great landlord and whenever there was a problem (rarely ever was) she was prompt to get the right people there to fix it. I highly recommend this place. I would say the only downside was the 4-way stop in front of our apartment. many drivers love to honk their horn during the day, but other than that it is a quiet, simple, and safe apartment.
