Property Ratings at Morea Apartments
Recently moved in and I have regretted my move from the moment I arrived to get keys. The demeanor of the leasing office staff is subpar and when you pair that with a lackluster environment, it makes it even less desirable — leasing office staff are somewhat friendly when you are touring and signing but thereafter, the kindness stops and the leasing office treats you as if they’re doing you a favor by allowing you to pay rent and live here. Additionally, the entire apartment was dirty upon move in, the rooms smelled awful; musty and stagnant, there’s cracks and damage all through out and everything feels like it will fall apart with a simple touch. The noise is also unbearable. It seems like every night there is something going on outside or inside, it is never ending and “security” does not care, at all — they’re busy snacking and taking photos in the lobby or pool rather than doing their job. The walkway is always disgusting and filled with debris and dirt, and the smell overrides any outdoor scent that should exist. Package room is overridden with packages strewn all over the place with zero rhyme or reason and it takes forever to find your actual package after having to dig the mountains of packages. Overall, the entire complex offers zero “luxury,” it simply is labeled that with a nice leasing office.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I totally would. I am a current resident living a nightmare at Morea Apartments, and I feel compelled to share my dreadful experience with the wider community. This apartment complex has proven to be a complete nightmare, with a total lack of regard for its residents and a blatant disregard for the quality of living. From the relentless noise disturbances to the usage of shoddy, cheap materials, this place is an absolute disaster. Let's start with the most pressing issue: the noise. Living in this apartment complex feels like being trapped in a never-ending cacophony. Despite countless complaints to the management, nothing was ever done to alleviate the problem. It's as if they turned a blind eye to the residents' suffering, leaving us to endure the constant disruption and sleepless nights. No matter how many times I raised the issue, the management's response was always NONE to apathetic and dismissive. The lack of action to address the noise concerns was utterly disheartening. Another glaring problem is the substandard quality of construction materials used in these apartments. It's apparent that the entire complex was built using the cheapest materials available. From the flimsy walls that fail to provide any soundproofing to the creaky floors that make every step a symphony of discomfort, it is evident that no thought was given to the comfort and well-being of the residents. You can hear your neighbors' conversations as if they were right in your own living room. To make matters worse, the management team at Morea seems to have no concern for the happiness or satisfaction of its residents. They do not care at all about their residents. They won’t respond to your emails/calls for weeks. It is frustrating and a complete disaster. In conclusion, I strongly advise against considering Morea Apartments as a place to call home. The incessant noise disturbances coupled with the use of cheap materials in construction, along with the dismissive and neglectful attitude of the management, have made this living experience an absolute nightmare. Save yourself the frustration, sleepless nights, and disappointment and look for an apartment complex that values its residents and prioritizes their well-being.
Amazing location, wonderful amenities and helpful staff. People that live here are of all ages and the environment is nice. A lot of dogs here but People are very respecting and clean up after their pets.
