The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Montie Park Apartments
I lived here for only 6 months before I moved out. Its not very sanitary, when i moved in, my apartment had dead roaches every where. Not too long after that did I had mice in my house and i kept a very clean house (I am a neat freak!) Everyday something in my apartment fell apart from the closet doors to the cabinets in my kitchen. I never had screens for my windows so i could never get any fresh air throughout my house because of the massive spider webs that were outside my window. I had to go to laundromats in order to wash my clothes because their washer and dryer we broke. My landlord was very unprofessional when it came to his tenants. He discussed everyone's personal business to one another. When it came to collecting rent , he sent his maintenance man to pick it up. They didn't even take money orders he had us paying cash. My overall experience living here was a disappointment and I'll never recommend anyone to live there.
