Montiavo Townhomes provide a range of amenities and a convenient location in Santa Maria,California. However, some aspects of the units may not meet expectations. The appliances and finishes in the units could be described as low-quality. The appliances seem to be basic and not particularly durable, leading to frequent maintenance issues. Similarly, the finishes, such as flooring and cabinetry, may not have the refined look and durability one might hope for in a higher-end property.

Parking seems to be a real issue in this complex. Tenants occupy all guest parking leaving no room to par. It is dangerous to cross the very busy street across the complex without any near cross walks. This should be addressed as soon as possible.
The care and maintenance around the community is very poor, parking is horrific!
Clean community for the most part, bad neighbors and transient walk through make it a challenge for staff but they do a great job.
Moving across country is stressful. Montiavo made it a smooth transition and staff was clear and concise answering any questions I had along the way!
Right now the services is much better keep the apartments clean and looks like more safe I’m leaving here for nine years

I recently moved into Montiavo townhomes. I was coming from a very bad experience living at Knowlwood Meadows. Total opposites in choosing of employees and overall caring about your residents. I was disappointed in the way things were handled and afraid to experience the same thing moving forward. I lost my 4000.00 deposit and was left with nothing for my next move. Montiavo not only extended their hand but walked me through the process and helped in every way possible to get me housed! A big thank you to the wonderful staff! Made me feel at home before it was my home!!

It has been our home for 3 years now and we still enjoy living here.
Montiavo is a quiet and pleasant place to live in Santa Maria. It has nice floor plans and up to date appliances. It is also dog friendly.
Community is always up kept both exterior and interior. Repairs are done in a timely manner and everyone in the management office are always so polite and friendly.

Not a safe environment for kids. Drunk drivers, a lot of noise at night. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Way over priced for what you get!

Montiavo is probably the only place that has a two-car garage in the city, this place was nice and kept over 3 years ago. Things have gone downhill, there are at least 20 residents in one unit if not more, cars everywhere, trash, and police are always being called.

The community is always clean and its peaceful. I feel comfortable and safe with my kids playing outside. The staff in the office are very kind and maintenance is great at getting things fixed when needed. My kids and I love that we are close to the shopping centers. Its a great place to live in and if there is ever a complaint staff will make sure to address your concerns and not ignore it.

Living at Montiavo has been very pleasant, relaxing and safe. I love the care and maintenance provided by the entire staff. The area is close to the shopping center and right off the freeway. The office staff has always been pleasant and prompt with maintenance issues. For the most part the place is peaceful. It could use some enforcing to maintain its upkeep and safety.

Come to Montiavo Townhomes if you are looking for a beautiful place to call home. Excellent staff, clean neighborhood, quiet and peaceful living, spacious floor plans, beautifully landscaped, lots of amenities, newly renovated, etc!!!!!!!!!!
