Neighbors Southwest stands as a beautifully developed residential and commercial neighborhood west of Tigard, in the southern area of Beaverton. Along with attractive residential areas, the neighborhood features a park system, exciting restaurants and bars, and a movie theater. Scholls Ferry Road bisects the Neighbors Southwest area, connecting the neighborhood with Downtown Beaverton, Tigard, and Portland. smoke alarm malfunction The MV team came to promptly replace my smoke detector and all is well again! Thank you!!.
Excellent and fast! I reported that I was stung by a wasp and that there was a wasp nest near my door. The very next morning, a pest control specialist arrived, asked me where the nest was located, and took care of the wasp nest right away! I am so glad I don't have to worry abut getting stung again and that the roofers won't have to either.
Great Job The crew did a very carefull, very detailed job of trimming ivy, hrse tails, and small bushes and very carefully cleaned up after themselves!

Renovation overdue Run down and outdated. The 90’s are making comeback but it’s a hard pass. Least attractive complex out of all the major Communities in Murray hill. Location is all that left.

Patio Storage Locked Submitted the request and had to follow up after about 3 days since I didn't receive an initial response from anyone. There was no key onsite to open our storage and it took another week to get that resolved. Not the most professional in my opinion since we just moved into or unit less than a month ago. The fact that the doors and keys were not checked prior to our move was quite disappointing.

Overall Great Move! Outside of the few things that needed to be immediately fixed in our apartment, the move overall was great. There was no difficulty accessing our new home and management was quite helpful.

Our family relocated from across the country so we were not able to physically view the property. We were given a "virtual tour" that consisted of the photos you see here. It is all false. Monte Vista is not as advertised. The renovated units- are not updated, cabinets are falling off, appliances are dated and on their last leg. No hardwood floors. There is carpet even in the dining area. The apartment- windows leak, ceiling leaks, there is mold in window seals, tubs, and under sinks. Mold - All of our family members including our pets have had to receive medical care for mold exposure. Home automation/Smart home- there is a 1990s phone jack. There are switches that don't turn anything on. Rust, mold, and dirt are just painted over in lieu of actual repairs. The door barely locks. Air seeps through door and windows. The indoor pool - is not heated. It is ice cold year round. The spa - smells like rotten fish The outdoor pool- has broken patio furniture and a broken grill. Dirty diapers, insect covered candy, and other trash are left. The grounds - resident have to be reminded constantly to clean up after thier pets on walkways, throw away trash, clean off their patios of things that attract rodents and insects, etc. The playground- is not safe equipment and is in a giant mud hole. Accessiblity- this property is extremely difficult to get around if you have a wheelchair or have walking difficulties. Trees have uprooted pathways. Parking- is a very tight squeeze and there is no room for a visitor. Maintenance- is timely and friendly however they can only do what they can with what little ownsership gives them. Management- They tried. Again, they can only do what ownership tells them to do. It is unfortunate that you cannot upload photos on apartment.com reviews. Ownership Cushman and Wakefield have ignored multiple attempts to contact. This property management company is absolutely abysmal.

I think it' a nice apartment. Love the area. The parking is fantastic compared to other apartments I have lived in. I don't have an issues with neighbors. It' been really great since I moved in.

Based on my pre pandemic experience I would recommend this complex due to size of apartments ( outside of kitchen), landscaping, great amenities, cool office staff and convenience of shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Everything he did was professional and courteous. He even made sure we had been informed of the issue and his plan to fix it. When he left to retrieve the required part he made sure to tell us what he was doing and about how long he would be gone. He only took the amount of time he needed to get things done and make sure we didn't have any further issues.

The layout really fit our needs but the we can hear every footstep the upstairs neighbor makes. The model unit we were shown has canned lighting and different lighting fixtures in bathrooms etc... it also had nicer light switches and outlet covers. The ones in our apartment are yellowed and very outdated. Not like the unit we were shown.

It's expensive compared to other places near by but honestly, it's ok get what you pay for. It's safe, the grounds are always kept up so nice, and the staff are always there to help put no matter what.

It is clean, well-maintained, the neighborhood is fairly nice with access to a lot of stores, there is a washer and dryer in the unit - definitely a plus!

We absolutely love it here! It feels safe, is comfortable, and we love the layout of our apartment as well as how close our parking is. The area is super convenient and centrally located to everything we could possibly need or want to do. We also use the paved back path just outside the complex to get to Progress Ridge all the time, or just to enjoy the outdoors!

The only reason I would not recommend this apartment is due to house thin the walls are and ceilings between apartments. Very loud neighbors did not help that decision either.

I would recommend someone moving into a remodeled space. I'm a little embarrassed to show my personal space because it just looks old and worn. And when I mention the price they freak. However, a remodeled space with those amazing amenities coupled with a safe environment I'd recommend every day of the week.

Finding a visitor parking spot is stressful. Only one garbage facility on the opposite side of the complex is inconvenient. The amount of dog waste baskets available are limited. The amount of emails received encouraging residents to call in/take photos on each other so the complex can hand out noncompliance fees is alarming.

Homes are nice, and updated. Price is a little steep, especially with animals, but does seem to compete with other locations in the area.

Rent is reasonable for apartment and its amenities. However, some of the apartment is outdated and walls are paper thin you can hear every word your neighbor says or does. Parking is outrageous and we only have 1 car outside of the spot we have (still appreciate at least the one spot though).

I would recommend , but really, would my referrals ever be angry that they may have to park their second vehicle at Chevron overnight? They probably would not ask me again. They would live out lease and move on.

The indoor pool used to be heated and it was a HUGE selling point for me... us. Still lots of dog poo places :(

The only thing is the noise the floors make when you walk they very load which I hope when I move in it isn't a problem and I get used to them.

The main reason i would not recommend this apt community is the parking. If you only have one car, it's ok. But there is not enough parking for a 2nd car or visitors to park.

There is only one trash dump which has been the biggest inconvenience to me since I live on the other side of the complex. The maintenance is quick with responding and they are very reliable.

The walkways were dirty and there was trash and gum. The neighbors smoked cigarettes. The maintenance staff were not well skilled.

One reason I would not recommend this community is due to the parking...there are not a lot of spots, and they are often inconvenient. Also, the garbage is very far from my apartment and it is inconvenient to have to drive there especially since I have to leave my parking spot.

It's a great community, just a little far away from what my friends need (access to jobs in downtown) so it's not super feasible for them, but it's a great community otherwise!
