Been almost 4 years and we love it. Pros: improvements to amenities, staff is amazing, we love our apartment with lots of storage closets, washer and dryer in unit, and big balcony with ceiling fan. Maintenance is tremendous. Cons: garage doors always break so lack of security, trash bins are always overflowing and messy.

When we moved in here we thought it was okay, as time went by cars were broken into and/or stolen right out of the garage because the cameras never work or the garage gate never closed because it was somehow always broken. Cannot wait for my lease to be up!

Been here for 3 years and love it! The staff is great! Huge issue is people who don’t clean up after their dogs. And people who drive in the parking lot like it’s a race track. Other than that, it’s a safe, comfortable place to live.

I would not recommend living at Monteverde. It is not a safe or clean environment. Management does not care about their residents and they have stated that they do not advertise safety. It took several months for the garage gate to be fixed and many cars were broken into. The building is filthy. Every year the rent increases but the quality of the building decreases.

Constant smells of people smoking marijuana. Some residents throw garbage in the hallway and don't clean after themselves. I have been complaining of my upstairs neighbors kids running pass midnight till 5am and during this year of complaining of not being able to sleep due to the noise nothing has been done about it.

I’m very disappointed. The lack of security cameras NOT working at the front gate is not only a major lack of security but a true safety concern for all resident. The fact that my bicycle got stolen and there has not been one notice out to the community letting everyone know about this issue. The lack of communication to our resident is an issue when there is anything going on in the community.

I have been living here for 2 years and I love the apartment community. There is always improvement and the maintenance crew are always on point. Whenever I put in a work order it is completed the same day. That is a super plus for me. Great place to call home

Been here a month. So far it has been good. Anything I have had issues with the office and maintenance team has jumped on it. My unit area is quiet and neighbors are kind. Excited for the renovations being done in the gym and pool area which will make the common areas more enjoyable. Older units but slow upgrades being done make it homey. Happy with my choice to live here so far.

The location of the building is great but the apartment is old and not updated with continuous repairs needed. The price of the rent is to expensive compared to the property next door that are newer. Theirs constant smell of smoking of Marijuana. Property Mgr. Ana is very attentive to residents.

I had really high hopes for this place but unfortunately it is not worth the money or hassle. You have to ask them MULTIPLE times to come fix issues in the apartment and they will pick and choose what they want to help you with and you have to ask for months. Sometimes they feel like returning your emails and calls, sometimes they do not. They will promise to fix things before you move in but this is not true unfortunately. I would recommend a community that cares more about quality and their residents.

Love living here, great location with lots to do around the area. Easy and quick access to I95, The Boynton Beach Mall, Bars and Restaurants. Everything I need is mostly within walking distance. Most of all I really feel safe once I am home , and im my apartment. I wish the situation with the birds could be fixed, and some dog owners just need to clean up after there pets, to ensure we all keep our environment clean. Apart from that I have no issues living here.

Overall excellent experience. Very close to all stores, restaurants would recommend as a great place with plenty of amenities, going on 5 years as a tenant. Although currently experiencing minor inconvenience would deal with them as staff very professional and stays update with concerns of residents.

In general, the building is very well maintained with some exceptions regarding the cleanliness of some common areas such as the corridors, stairs and interior of the elevator. (It seems that only the floor is cleaned and the rest such as buttons and stainless steel areas are not cleaned, there are marked fingers from at least 5 months ago). I hope that my opinion is taken into account and those small, easy-to-solve problems can be improved. For everything else, I feel very comfortable and happy living in Monteverde.

Move in went easy. Unit had been nicely repainted and cleaned. Carpet looks like new. Be prepared for a long and arduous application process requiring lots of forms and and background checks.

I must say that the apartments themselves are in great condition and well-maintained. The pool area, in particular, is well taken care of and in excellent condition. However, I do have a few observations and concerns that I would like to bring to your attention. Firstly, the gym area lacks air conditioning, which makes it quite uncomfortable to exercise. Secondly, I have noticed that both the gym and the hallways suffer from cleanliness issues. I understand that managing a building involves various responsibilities, but addressing these concerns would significantly enhance the overall living experience for residents. Very friendly neighborhood, walking distance from everything. The neighborhood is very close to the BBPD and has a parking garage so it is very safe.

For the most part, we love living here. Being so close to everything is a plus. Noise level - some loud cars, early landscapers, neighbor is loud. Has nice amenities. Rent - it wouldn’t be bad if our utilities and parking was included.

Quiet neighborhood, never have any problems. Friendly staff that is there to help with any questions or issues. The maintenance gentleman Manny is fast and efficient. Only complaint is dog owners, they don’t clean up the Urine in the hallways.

I recently just move here. It’s been so far so good I am really liking the experience. I like the place very very very much. I am met some of the neighbors some of the move. Really really friendly in some of the dogs and look nice in them pet friendly that’s good and like somethings are very close. There’s stores that are close. Restaurants are very close and some of them are my favorite. So far so good.
