This is the best apartment experience I’ve ever had! I lived hear from the beginning of 2024 to March 2025 and couldn’t recommend it more. The front office is awesome and always responsive to any issues I’ve had. The maintenance crew is incredible, I’ve had several minor maintenance issues that are always fixed same day. My heat went out once and they also fixed it the same day. The grounds are very sell kept. 10/10!

The team at Montclair Parc was so helpful. The whole application process was completed from home on their website and I was approved in minutes. Sure there is some ID verification required, but that is just a couple extra steps to ensure I was who I said I was (which I am thankful for considering they hadn't ever met me). After talking with the girls in the office, they were able to help me find the exact apartment that I was looking for. They have lots of floor plans and options, but they took the time to see what would best fit my needs. I am really thankful for the service they provided and I encourage anyone looking for a new home to give them a chance to knock your socks off, like they did for me! Best of luck to anyone looking. Wasps everywhere even after maintenance order; they don’t remove everything in your balcony, etc., even though you told them you have allergies and carry an Epi-pen. Unnecessary Fees for everything in rent, and when you move out, they charge you a cleaning fee even though you have already cleaned. The office is friendly, but some are new and won’t always have the correct answer. You will email multiple people or contact various people until you get the correct answer.

Review : My time at Montclair Parc has certainly been an adventure! I’ve had a few mishaps but the office team has always been a pleasure to work with,and the always take care of me and my pup,Romeo! They will do everything in their Power to help out,Jose leads a great maintenance team,and that man really knows that he’s doing! All the service team guys are wonderful,helpful,and beyond communicative. When it comes to office staff, they care, they really really do! If they haven’t seen me in a while they check on me,I’m always greeted with a smile, and when I visit with them,I can tell they are actually glad to chat with me. They play with my pup,and give him love any chance they can . DeAsia is a new addition to the team with Bri,but I can tell they’re gonna do well here. We lost another shining star of Montclair Parc,Bentley, that was like a granddaughter to me,but I know she’s off taking care of dogs in another state. There’s just something about Montclair Parc that is different than the rest ! Well there’s several things ! There’s the maintenance team - they are AMAZING, and always communicate! Josh , Cesar , Lalo , and lead by Jose ( the best team!) And the community is so beautifully kept and manicured , the apartment that I have is so spacious (Lincoln ) and it made downsizing easy ! The community is quiet always and I feel like I see where my money goes here ! Plus the pool and hot tub get cleaned every weekday , and my dog loves coming in the office for treat and going on walkies !

They go into your apartment when your not home and tell you it's for "maintenance". Then they overcharge you for things that were already damaged in the rental when you move out. They charge you for keys to the apartment and mailbox, when they're returned. Lastly when you leave a bad review they figure out a way to tell you it's "your fault" and "sorry for any misconstrued information". Then they block you. All of this is a tactic to keep unknowing people coming and paying more than they're worth.

I have loved everything about living in this apartment. I have been here three years now and other than some disruptive neighbors, everything has always been wonderful!! The office staff and maintenance staff are truly amazing!
I love the community. I have yet to notice anybody leaving dog poop on the grass which was a problem at our last apartment. The only downside is that our neighbors are smoking weed and it stinks up everything - which we submitted our concern about the other day and am waiting for a reply. But with our maintenance experience alone, it would be a ten.
I would not recommend anyone getting a ground floor apt. The noise from the apt. above was very bad.
The property manager is AMAZING and so helpful. The Maintenance is quick and informative and the grounds and location are too perfect.
I actually found out on the day that I turned in my keys that one of the teachers from my school was moving in with her boyfriend. I was excited and a little sad because I was now she leaving and she was just beginning there, but at the same time I felt bad for them because I didn't want to tell them about all the marijuana smells around the community and that my neighbors in particular were very bad about that.
Maintenance staff is professional and always friendly. The entire team at Montclair Parc is top notch!

Friendly residents, great appearance/beautification of the property, quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores and various restaurants.
The management of this apartment complex always takes very good care of me and is very prompt in responding and getting all my problems fixed. The staff is also very polite and efficient. I would not want to move anywhere else because there is no other place comparable to this
The community environment is nice. The staffs in the office is nice. They always willing to help. And everything is convenient.

The maintenance team is awesome! I love that they have a fork to fill out where you can choose the exact problem going on. Then, they always respond in a timely manner and are pleasant to work with.
Although I was not able to view a 2 bedroom like I was informed by Call Center I would be able to, they did not have an appointment scheduled for me either. I came in yesterday and met with Alisha who was simply amazing! I noticed quite a few people coming in at the time of my visit and Alisha seem to be the only one working so I tried to rush out so she could help others. She repeatedly said no she is going to help me get what I am looking for and was in no hurry! I say this because I toured a couple others complex around montclair park and did not get the level of great service as I did here in so little time. She even showed me your 2 beds online when I could have easily went online to see for myself. She answered all questions I need with a huge smile on her face ! Alisha you are too sweet and I wanted everyone to know! I am coming from Cross timbers and their new management is not the best. Loved living here! We purchased a house so we could have a yard for our daughter to play in and to start investing in our future. If anything happened in the future, I would definitely consider moving back to the apartment complex, it was a fantastic place to live!

I love living in this apartment community. My neighbors are normally always nice and friendly, I have only had one set of inconsiderate neighbors and they have moved out already. The office and maintenance staff are the best!

Was a very good experience, the property is well maintained and could easily compete with newer properties based on the mature landscaping and the customer service.
Great location, very nice apartments and grounds, but the prices keep rising and it's pushing out alot of people to go and buy homes for a cheaper monthly cost.
A little pricey but otherwise a solid place to live.
Most people would rather have a non smoking rule for inside the apartments, and here there are none. Rules and regulations are inconsistent and questionable.
I would recommend this community based on Celeste Fair, but outside of that it's horrible. I've called and left voicemails to get a call back. It's been two weeks for no response.
The place looks nice and clean and attractive. It is also quiet and orderly. The staff is friendly and the service is efficient and prompt.
Great "curb appeal", the buildings look good, the grounds are well kept. Inside the units are very clean with fresh paint, 9' ceilings and cove moulding in living/dining room add a touch of class.

The office staff is incredible! The maintenance staff are all super polite and helpful! I live on the third floor and had to have knee surgery in December. This was before we began using valet trash pickup.... my dad would have to come over and take my trash down for me, but on more than one occasion when we had fire alarm checks/pest control, the maintenance men would take it down for me because they knew of my surgery! That was not necessary on their part but extremely appreciated! This is my favorite complex I have ever lived in/rented from!
Based on the trash valet and the gym not being available 24 hours I would not recommend this community.
