There is a balcony for the 2nd and 3rd floor apartments. There is an electronic entry into the building for added security. Residents pay electric. Management pays water, sewage and trash. Pet Policy: Cats must be fixed, at least 6 months old and box trained. $20/month pet fee $300 refundable deposit/cat. 2 pet limit. No dogs allowed.
