Mondrian Lake Eola

Club Music can be heard in your apartment all night, even on the top floors. Elevators never work. Building is Dirty Packages always lost Full of Air BnB apartments, like a hotel Large percentage of residents not on the lease so no background check. Most residents that have lived there for a while want to leave!

All around Modera Central suits our needs to be within walking distance to work, in a well built apartment, low noise level, close to restaurants and park, great exercise facility, and fabulous pool/ grilling area. The cream on the cake is the concierge service, leasing agents and staff.

Beautiful property, nice staff, kept very clean.

I love having such a luxurious space, and I love that Modera loves my dogs just as much as I do! Its a great location, and overall lovely place to live.

Modera has become our home and we love the whole environment and their employees. Package delivery and overall cleanliness of the building is excellent

Modera Central is an awesome and friendly community.

Pros: Building is in the center of Downtown Orlando and new, with an Amazon Hub downstairs and a concierge to let guests up. Key fobs to enter building and use elevator lead to increased security and safety. Amenities (Pool, Gym, Community Space) are cutting edge and clean. Cons: Noise insulation leaves something to be desired, both from the hallways and from the outside. Light sleepers should be cognizant of units facing Wall St. Only three elevators to service 20+ floors leads to longer wait times when someone is moving in and has one reserved. Fire alarm has gone off twice late at night for reasons unrelated to fires/smoke, but this is likely caused by kinks of the building being new. I would recommend living here as a new professional working downtown.

Modera has been a great community. The staff are easy to work with and responsive and very friendly! Beautiful property - I'm very happy here.

My experience at modera central has been one of a kind. The tenants seem very kind and nice. The staff is first class. I can't say enough about the staff at modera central orlando @ mill creek. Cassie, Edwin, and both kellys are the absolute best. The units decor are beautiful as is the views. They are always having great meet and greet events as well. My move to Modera was such a pleasant experience, I needed an apartment right away and they made it happen in just a few days. The layout was perfect for my needs. The staff was friendly and nice, always available and made every effort possible to accommodate my needs. I love living there, I can walk just about everywhere. The amenities are great and I'm delighted to call Modera my home.

I'm proud to call the Modera Central my home. The community and staff have been nothing but friendly and welcoming. Any issues that have occurred have been addressed quickly and efficiently. The leasing staff has gone above and beyond to make the move-in process easy and carefree. Amenities are top-notch.The lobby has an Amazon hub which makes package delivery a breeze. The pool is beautifully designed and warmed to just the right temperature. The gym is very spacious and has plenty of aerobic machines overlooking some wonderful views. The property is centrally located and is 15 minutes away from most major locations. My unit is located near the Lake Eola side and I have never had any issues with noise, not to mention the view is stunning. No issues with parking whatsoever, plenty of spaces available. The building hosts community events monthly and encourages neighbors to mingle, its a very friendly and welcoming community. I have two dogs and have had no problems with anyone, everyone appears to be pet-friendly. The nearby areas provide some great areas for your pets to walk around, I especially like the Lake Eola area, but if you don't want to walk too much, right across the street is a great spot.

My husband and I love living at Modera. The place is located in downtown Orlando a block from Lake Eola, a few blocks from the Farmer's Market, walking distance to the grocery store, many shops, restaurants, and clubs. Always so many things to do in the area. The views of Lake Eola are better than any we've seen from other apartment buildings in the area. You just can't beat the location, views, and walkability to so many places/events.

Modera has become our home and hub for our household. I am totally happy with my decision of moving to this building. Staff are great, always willing to help. Amenities are clean and well maintained. Hope managemt stays for a long time and the building stays impeccable

Would never recommend Modera. Ever. Would not want anyone to go through our horrible experience.

Courteous staff and great place to live in !!!

We recently moved into our new home at Modera Central and absolutely love it. Everyone from leasing, maintenance to the concierge team has been so welcoming and helpful. Yes, the building has minor finishing touches to go through as it is in final construction but you really would never know it. When looking for a new home Downtown we wanted something that was modern, luxurious and high end, that definitely describes Modera Central. There simply is no comparison to any other Downtown property, from the interior finishes, common area design and amenities you really do have to see it for yourself. And the location, Lake Eola is literally our doorstep along with being walking distance to all other Downtown amenities we enjoy such as the theater and great restaurants.

Great place to live if you love downtown Orlando!
