The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Monarch Creek
I visited Monarch today and Dranika greeted me with love. She helped me with all I needed. It was a great vibe. Ms Takeisha got me in and out. Great staff that helps you 100%.
Every time I have spoken to Dranika she have went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me. She has excellent communication skills and almost always bubbly. Her personality makes it amazingly easy to get things done. PROFESSIONALLY…. I would say this is the best place that I have been to in a long time where I have received tremendous support and respect. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Dranika!!!
I have noticed a positive change in the staff over the last few months. They seem more willing to help the residents. If you need help call Laporshia she always go out of her way to assist you.
I called to get some information for a family member in need of an apartment. I had the pleaser of speaking with Laporsha (not sure if I spelled her name right). She took her time explaining what steps was needed to apply and seemed very willing to help. Her customers service was excellent!
Monarch Creek are nice apartments in a great location. Great customer service.
Monarch Creek are nice apartments in a great location. The leasing agents there are caring and efficient. They even found a way to make paying rent easy.
Everyone, is polite ESPECIALLY LEASING MANAGER... VERY HELPFUL. They will go, the extra mile. I LOVE MY TOWNHOUSE!!!!
Do not live here! They are lazy and will not fix anything in your home, please choose somewhere else to live!…. I’ve only been here for 6 months & I’m already planning on moving out as soon as my lease is up
get tried of my mom it time for it I am keep clean quite
Roaches are everywhere and they hire pest companies that just throw a few sprays on the floor and leave. Cigarette smoke from other apartments seep into holes they leave in the walls. Cheap yes but you get what you pay for
