Have had no issues living here. Good location. Nice apartment units. Nice amenities.

Clean, convenient, and pet friendly. The biggest downside is everyone driving their cars like they’re in an F1 race

I have lived in this complex for 3.5 years. It is by far the best complex in this area. It’s near the airport and shopping. It’s priced to keep residents safe. It is a gated community and the neighbors are nice. There aren’t any noise issues and I live near the pool. The staff is amazing and the service is great. I would definitely recommend Monaco Modern Living Apartments.

The room is quiet, and vey spacious. Ifyou are looking for a little extra in your stay the amenities are very good and give a sense of royalty. The staff are very helpful and will do all they can to make your time here a great experience.

Friendly staff, modern units, and close proximity to major oil companies in town make it the ideal complex for individuals working in town on hitches or staying long term!

These apartments are overpriced, cheaply built (with s fauxfinish), walls are paper thin, infested with cockroaches despide being charged every month for "pest control" The management made the poor decision of trying to charge me for 7500$ for some supposed damage I made to a building despite there being absolutely no proof of such damage ever occurring. They try to come up with ways to exploit their existing residents to make up for the vacant units. This place is in no way "pet friendly" all they have is rocks, cement and faux grass for the grounds. No legit grass whatsoever. The air conditioning units are tiny and are too small to cool each unit effectively. Their maintenance will show up to your apartment randomly and without notice (total violation of privacy). The locks for the doors are operated thru an application that is buggy and it takes forever just to get the door unlocked. My personal truck has been keyed, broken into, and had taillights busted. Idk who would do such a thing or why but it has happened. I've had things in my apartment just randomly go missing and I've had complete strangers that have attempted to come into my apartment but were stopped by the dead bolt because I was home at the time, but they were able to unlock the door somehow! So if I wouldn't have been home they would have been able to enter! I think they were ex tenants. The gates that keep the place secure only work like 75% of the time. Oh and the price that they advertise is not the price you will pay every month, add about 200$ to the advertised price and that will be what they actually charge you every month. It was a big mistake to sign a lease here and I'm warning you not to make thr same mistake I did.

Overall, my experience at Monaco has been nothing short of fantastic. It's a perfect blend o luxury, convenience, and community. I highly recommend this place to live!

Beautiful property. Adequate parking, as long as you don’t get home too late. Had a big hole in the pavement for months near building 4 that was pretty hazardous. Maintenance can be quick but usually not fixed, just temporarily.

I really love the complex. I’m glad that I choose Monaco. I was new to Texas and the team has always made me feel welcomed.

Don’t move here! Everything sucks! Management never calls you back they don’t care about anything packages get stolen I could go on and one forever about everything wrong with this place but all in all it sucks and is way over priced roach infested garbage!

Monaco is a beautiful community! The exterior is so inviting & what makes it great, is that the office team makes you feel welcomed upon your first visit! The apartment homes are equipped with the best amenities & latest appliances. The decor & floorplans are what youd want out of a luxury home. I especially love the wood flooring! From maintenance requests to apartment giveaways, the team at Monaco makes you feel at home each and every time. If youre like me and have had the chance to meet the office team in person, you know they know you on a first name basis! I couldnt ask for a better living experience!

I just moved to the Midland area & had no idea about apartment communities here. Finding Monaco was like finding a gem! The front office staff, apartment management & maintenance staff are all very personable! They are willing to answer questions, fix any issues & I always find that I leave with a smile after interacting with them. I am so happy to call Monaco home & I hope the standard of service Im getting, they go above and beyond, lasts while Im a resident & many years on for future residents to come!

The apartments are great, we love the floor plan options, the appliances are all top notch, we love the granite countertops, but I feel that the apartments shouldve done a better job on the shelves (they seem kinda cheap), the floors (the get scratched very easily due to the vinyl), and the insulation on both walls and windows from sound couldve been much improved (since these apartments are very close to the highway, the noise is a little much at night).

Monaco is a very nice and new complex in a convenient part of Midland. The staff is great and willing to help in any way. There are lots of amenities and the community is pet friendly.

There's a lot to like about these apartments. They're spacious, the appliances are solid mid-range (I've paid A LOT more for much worse - that seems to be the standard in Midland,) and the floorpans are smart and well thought out. It's location next to the loop, the interstate, and Illinois puts you minutes from anywhere in Midland (and even Odessa.) Parking is ample - which is important in a town where almost everyone has a work truck - and the garages are spacious and integrated into the buildings. I've rented more than my fair share of apartments and I've never felt compelled to publicly compliment a member of the staff, but Savanna the AM deserves a shout-out. I had a couple of issues after move-in (as is to be expected) but Savannah handled everything with aplomb. Not only was she friendly and professional, she followed through on her promised solutions swiftly and decisively. I'm a world-class cynic and she left me with he distinct impression that she genuinely cares about my experience here... and that's saying something. Much of your experience living in an apartment like this boils down to the dedication and efficacy of the management team, and I'm happy to report that it seems like these guys have assembled a good one. A couple of things to note that aren't deal-breakers for me, but could be for you: - this complex is located immediately adjacent to Loop 250 so there is some traffic noise -the apartments are not carpeted and instead have (very handsome) woodgrain vinyl floors, so if you're a stomper, you won't be happy here unless you're on the ground floor -the units are locked with bluetooth smart locks which can be very finicky and clumsy when you're trying to unlock them with your phone. I was able to get a fob from Savannah which made the whole process far more pleasant and convenient All-in-all, I'm very happy so far after living here for a few weeks. If you're looking for a new, nicely outfitted, and spacious apartment that's conveniently located then you should seriously consider Monaco Midland.

My experience at Monaco was amazing from day one. Savannah is very profesional and can answer any questions you might have. She made my moving experience so easy with no problems. Here at Monaco its like staying at a luxury hotel in San Antonio River Walk. Its a 5 star luxury apartment with so much to offer. I highly recommend everyone to come and check out Monaco Apartments.

In my opinion, Monaco has the nicest apartments, both interior and exterior, in all of Midland.
