The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Roaches, Roaches and more Roaches! Homeless on the roof! They will tell you it’s water bugs! They are roaches! Look at other reviews and do your researching including the news. Past of suicides and yes murders. We moved my daughter here and had to move her out 2 weeks later!
Lived here for 6 months and I had to break my lease. Horrible management. Very misleading; it is not a quiet complex, it is remodeled but the plumbing and infrastructure is still old. If you like brown water coming out of your pipes, this is the place for you. The elevator was broken for about a month and they told me I was on my own when I had to move all my stuff out from the second floor. Kids run around all day. Neighbors scream and yell at all hours of the night. Plus each building shares a courtyard and everything echoes. Oh! Forget about your deposit, they’ll use it all up “cleaning” after you leave, even though the carpets were new.
I looked at a handful of apartments in person in Palm Springs after scouring the internet. Most were misrepresented, had deferred maintenance or just plain felt like places I would not be able to call home. Mojave Blue was the first one I found that was move-in condition. I have been renting a 1 BR 1 bath apartment here starting 3 months ago, since I have a cat and the building is pet friendly. Although she can't roam the property, she is pur-fectly happy on our balcony wall people watching or running around the 710 square feet of interior space. The layout works for me with a huge living room and good size bedroom with massive three-panel closet to hide all my clothes. The managers GM Karen and AGM Carolina have been professional, courteous and responsive to my endless questions when first moving in. The hot tub is fixed now and one of my favorite features. Although I rarely see neighbors, those I do are polite. Most of the neighbors are quiet, except for one guy downstairs who apparently laughs watching TV, which reminds me not to take life so seriously. I love having designated off-street covered parking, since I always come home to a spot. The elevators work most of the time, and when they were broken, it was only one day until they were fixed. There are multiple laundry rooms, so if the closest with 3 washers and dryers is busy, the next one over has even more and is never full. I sometimes have back pain, so being able to walk from my car to the elevator and into my apartment or laundry room without steps or stairs is a huge pain saver with everything being on one level. I feel safe walking around the neighborhood with city hall and the police department only blocks away and no riff raff. I think the best measure of Mojave Blue is probably not my opinion or others, yet rather the occupancy percentage, which is always high. That many people can't be here if they are unhappy. Of course there is competition out there, yet for me, this is what I call home.
I moved into Mojave Blue in November 2016 and I love my home. When I moved in everything was brand new. (This might not always be the case so check for a remodel units and availability) The layouts are great--even the one bedrooms. Large patio sliders overlook panoramic mountains vistas from my 3rd floor unit, which I love. The bedroom is spacious and features a huge closet. Its situated far enough away from the kitchen, dining, and living area that you have plenty of privacy. The bathroom is great because it has a long vanity--unlike other places with a toilet and a small pedestal sink. I enjoy decorating and entertaining and it pleases the community manager and staff how much I love calling Mojave Blue my home! Other residents are very respectful and from what I've experienced keep to themselves and quiet and private. People seem happy here and you just don't have the riff-raff that you find in other large complexes here in Palm Springs. The Community manager, Karen, who has been on this property longer than I've lived here has also been with this property management company for a while. With an office and maintenance staff on-site, things run like a well oiled machine. Mojave Blue cares about my comfort and satisfaction and goes out of their way for me. Small issues arise, of course from time to time, and they are handled professionally without having to haggle of ask over and over again.

I currently live here in a 1 bed 1 bath. The fixtures in the bathroom look like they haven't been changed since the 70s, and rife with leaks. The cabinetry in the kitchen defies description. Suffice it to say that at least 3 of them were "painted" shut, and only one of them is large enough to hold cereal boxes. Seriously awful indeed. Twice I had leaks from the unit above me which not only left the ceiling stained, but also left the kitchen and half the living room under 1.5-2" of water. I had to call 3 times before anyone paid attention, and the maintenance given at the time was far from satisfactory. I've been here a year and a half, and management has changed 3, yes, THREE times. One of the reviews above me saying that they are on track is delusional, or a planted review. I am currently finalizing on another place which is 1/3 again larger for less rent. As an aside, the manager who is here now was here when I got here, fired, and is now back, meaner than ever. Honestly? There is a glut of availability out there. Look elsewhere if you want to be comfortable, because this place isn't it.
I have lived here for two years. Yes we have many managers however, the new management is getting things on track. We are constantly getting new upgrades to the units and improvement on the cleanliness of the grounds. What they are still working on is having more maintenance on call. If there is an emergency they rectify it immediately.
My fiancé, my daughter and I were looking for a place to start out together. Mojave Blue allows pets and this was important to us for our beloved family dog. Upon our first tour of the property the grounds seemed nice and quiet despite the damaged walls of the building, and broken overhead lamps of the corridors, which we were told were soon to be repaired. After 3 short months of residency, the building is still in disrepair. We have been witness to domestic violence in the courtyard, disturbances from our neighbors, and the constant smell of marijuana. We have filed several work orders for repair in our own unit which go unanswered. From our 3rd story balcony we have a constant view of auto accidents and arrests made on our street corner. This place has a mal-odor that I cannot describe, the elevator is filthy, and homeless people wonder the grounds with their dogs off-leash. Once our 1 year lease is up, we will NOT be returning. DO NOT rent here.
