Moderno Village Apartments and Town Homes

I've been residing at Moderno Village for several months now, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The management team is attentive and responsive, promptly addressing any maintenance requests and ensuring that the community remains well-maintained. The apartments are modern and spacious, with thoughtful layouts that make daily living comfortable. Parking has been convenient, and I appreciate the efforts made to ensure that residents have designated spots, minimizing any potential issues. Noise levels are generally low, contributing to a peaceful environment. Overall, Moderno Village offers a welcoming community with a management team that truly cares about its residents.?

Really great complex for families. My husband and I have a 6 year old daughter, and found the area to be close to really great elementary schools. Plus, you're right on the freeway so you can be in downtown within 15 mins. Management is great, very responsive and polite.

This property has poor maintenance, bad management, and parking. The stairwells are so tight most furniture doesn't even fit through the halls. Looks good from outside, but renter beware. The management has even threatened to tow vehicles of paying residents due to limited parking. If you're looking for a nice, friendly place to live that is well maintained, keep looking and stay away from Moderno!!!

The apartments and town homes are relatively nice. They put an average amount of effort into maintaining the common grounds. However, I have had a terrible experience with the management. More than 30 days after move out they have still failed to return the deposit. Despite hiring for a professionally cleaning service they will still charge a fee for moving out (approximately $350) to be taken from the deposit. The representatives they hire to speak on behalf of the property manager leave a lot to be desired. I have moved frequently and consider myself very tolerant. Unfortunately the Moderno Village Apartments & Town Homes were the worst place, in terms of management, that I have ever lived.

I used to live down the street at the other townhome complex but moved in here once they opened a few weeks ago. I feel like I'm living in a penthouse in LA. I'm especially a fan of the tile floors. The mountain view is absolutely gorgeous, which you can easily hike since the townhome is a block away from a trail. Thus far my experience has been great, I will update as time goes on.

Best Apartment Complex I had an amazing experience living here for 2 years. The staff is literally great which is hard to find. The apartments are awesome and the apartment community is great. Super dog friendly which was a major plus for me. One of the best living experiences in El Paso.

Nice community and good customer service Moving to a new city is not easy. I knew this is where I wanted to live once I called and was given all information over the phone and email. The manager spent 20 minutes on the phone answering all of my questions when everywhere else I called rushed me! The community is nicer than others I viewed here, much like what I was used to in Austin. The office employees are really nice and they care about your comfort in the apartment. My maintenance concerns are always handled right away and the gentleman in the office always calls to make sure I'm happy with the work they did, I Love it.

My wife and I have been living in one of Moderno's town-homes and we have been loving it. We are minutes away from I-10 so getting to work downtown has been a breeze (on most days when El Paso's traffic isn't out of control). Management has been great, and the town-home itself is gorgeous, my wife and I are originally from California, and our town-home reminds us of the Californian styles back home. Overall, we have thoroughly loved our experience.

We checked out almost every place on west El Paso. we've found that apartment living is our only option. I spent a lot of time asking questions before I applied and the office and property manager spent over 25 minutes with me. I think the rent is fair and everyone in the office has been extremely helpful. I was offered some drinks and snacks when we walked in, I had a call from the manager herself asking if we were satisfied with our move and have not had any issues at all and been here 4 months. They have a lot of functions for us and I always see great interactions with the office staff and us tenants, thankfully our experience has been pleasant.

It is hard nowadays to find a complex with modern contemporary designed with upgrades finishes I was living in Moderno Village for almost a year my experience was excellent friendly management team on time service maintenance, It is unusual to find a complex comes with two reserved parking with every unit it’s makes it very convince when I get back from work I have my parking spot available????
