Don’t waste your money or time

If you are considering a move to Modern Craftsmen at Ten Mile, I would recommend exploring other options. Despite their motto, "Discover an All-Inclusive Lifestyle Where Thoughtful Amenities and Exceptional Quality Elevate Your Everyday. Every Day," my experience has not reflected this promise. The lack of a functioning air conditioning unit has significantly impacted my ability to relax at home, particularly affecting my senior pet's comfort. Additionally, after more than 30 days of dealing with this issue, the only compensation offered was a mere $100 rent credit, which feels inadequate given the circumstances. There have also been ongoing complaints from neighbors regarding pest issues and maintenance problems, including closet racks falling and malfunctioning washers. While the amenities may be new, the quality of service and responsiveness to these issues has been lacking. Overall, it appears that the management prioritizes rent collection over tenant satisfaction.
