The area and amenities are great. The bedrooms have carperts so not much noise passes through. The only issue is the leasing department is a bit understaffed.

Beware

maintenance issues with gates, lights and elevators are nearly constant. Office staff is great unless you say something they don’t like: prepare to be berated and gaslit should you bring them any kind of issue they don’t want to solve. Should have never moved in and wish I’d gone with my gut day one when maintenance flooded my apartment connecting my dishwasher and then screamed at me about it.

Since i moved into this apartment building for the past year, and it's been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment you step into the chic clean lobby, you're greeted with a warmth and elegance that's hard to find elsewhere. The attention to detail in the finishes and the maintenance is impeccable – everything from the hardwood floors to the stainless steel appliances is top-notch. The amenities here are unparalleled. The gym is fully equipped, and the pool area is like a little oasis, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The building also offers a fantastic co-working space which has been a lifesaver for remote work. A few things: parking is insufficient. the elevators being out of order for months was quite inconvenient. weekly cleaning of the common areas on our floor is non-existent. they may clean once or twice a month. The office team is great!! Very helpful and great attitudes!

I truly enjoy the community here and the great atmosphere. Wendy and the team are phenomenal assets to the building—always helpful and dedicated. That said, there are some challenges with the elevators needing repair and the parking situation, which is by far the most frustrating aspect of living here. I’d love to see improvements to parking fees, gate access, and timely updates when there are issues with the gate. Modera is a great place to live. It has all the amenities you can ever ask for and a great maintenance crew. Only down side I’ve seen so far is that the elevators seem to be broken more often than they are up and running.

This is a great community. Very clean and quiet. Shayla in the office is literally the best. Always available to help and goes above and beyond. I recently transferred units and she helped throughout the entire process from the first convo I had of interest until I was all moved in. I appreciate the care she took for my move. Well maintained residence. Attentive maintenance staff that respects your home mindfully. Leasing agents are courteous and available beyond leasing process. Amenities are cleaned regularly. Even though it’s a pet friendly building, the property is kept free of dander and debris.

Great location, amenities, decor, staff, and maintenance. Almost all residents are very nice. Only complaint is there’s not enough space in the parking deck for everyone to park, so at certain times you’ll have to go to overflow parking.

Best of the best!

I absolutely love living at this place for so many reasons! Korhan, Ms. Wendy, and the other staff have to be the main reasons though. The place is always clean and presentable at all times. It smells amazing and I’ve never seen them take a day off with the level of quality they provide here. I have had two maintenance requests and both were immediately addressed, thanks mainly to Korhan! He is an absolute asset to this property and a joy to chat with. Thank you all for setting bar high for the Atlanta rental market. I’ll likely be here until it’s time to purchase a home but I’m in no hurry.

Moving from my hometown Dallas to ATL was a big adjustment & I made a horrible mistake moving to my first place in ATL, the leasing office needed a lot of improvement as well as security, despite of how the exterior looked. I was nervous going somewhere else due to my first experience in a new state. I was so lucky I found Modera Old Ivy. Shayla, has been on point since day one & she’s so attentive & caring. Unfortunately, since COVID, Customer Service & being human has dropped so low, but Shayla is the best in the business. If you’re reading this, thank you so much. I had the opportunity to tour Modera Old Ivy last week with Ryan. He made the tour so fun and interesting. The property is absolutely beautiful! I especially love the upscale kitchen and bathroom. The amenity spaces are so large and nice, and not to mention the pool! I’ll be tanning there all summer!! ¨?

Great Complex!!

This building is so nice and cozy. It’s inviting and the amenities are luxurious at the same time. Shawn was a great tour guide and helped my partner and me find the perfect apartment. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The maintenance team is helpful and efficient. I love this building. I have lived here for 8 months in a 2 bed and transferred to a 1 bed for the next 12 months. We could not be happier!!

Best apartment I ever live

I strongly recommend you to move in the lovely apartment. The building is brand new but no strange smells at all. The unit is really large with gorgeous views. From our home, we could enjoy the outlook of the forest towards sandy springs. I also really love the management team here. Manager Max can remember all residents name and they will warmly welcome you in elevator.

Best Amenities and Vibe!!!

We recently moved here from Miami. We are 6 months in… and honestly, Modera is by far the best option in our eyes. This place feels like a resort. Every month we have a resident event that’s actually fun. We have not seen amenities in other buildings like these. They apparently had no budget lol because every corner of this place is designs to perfection. I genuinely give this place 5 stars! You won’t regret it!

Stunning place

Beautiful building , great amenities , stunning interior , wonderful staff , I especially appreciated Shawn when I toured ! He was accommodating , very knowledgeable and totally took his time with me , I never felt rushed like I did at some of the other buildings I toured !! Thank you , you all’s building is a gem !
