      I like that at the Community provides safe environment for the residents. I like there the concierge does not allow direct deliveries to the units and also that even if you live on the property you only have access to your floor and the amenities.

      The apartment complex is very new. All the facilities are pretty convenient. We really loved the two pools and all the stratis app. The only thing is sometimes the pool is kinda loud at night, but we're gradually getting used to it.

      Definitely recommended if you want a tranquil place to live in the heart of a great location. Shayla was super useful upon move in and all the questions we had. I do wish parking was better enforced (residents often park in visitor parking out of convenience and aren’t booted). Overall, my unit is great and this has been the best apartment living experience I’ve had.

      The best apartment complex to live in Atlanta

      My 2+ years living in the Modera Old Ivy has been just phenomenal in all aspects. The complex is modern and stylish and extremely clean everywhere. The amenities - gym, pool, sauna - are fantastic . The people that live there are delightful - all tenants have been respectful and kind.       I appreciate the access and luxury amenity living space provided. Maintenance has a quick response time. As occupancy has risen, so has the need for parking. While another garage has been provided, the long walk isn’t always convenient. Concierge staff has improved tremendously. There could be more deodorizer in the elevators due to the pets, maybe even assigning a “pets” elevator that residences are required to use would be helpful.

      I’ve lived at Modera Old Ivy for two years now and recently renewed my lease for another year. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home. The amenities are definitely a highlight — they’re well-maintained and really add to the living experience. I also love our floor plan and the natural light we get from the large windows. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue or a question, they’ve responded quickly and done their best to assist. While no place is perfect, I genuinely feel like Modera Old Ivy offers a comfortable, well-managed living environment.

      The Amenities are amazing. The staff goes over and above to provide a pleasant experience. The location is perfect with easy access to the highway. There's plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and a fitness trail to walk around. It's a very peaceful serene place and it seems to be very safe and secure.

      Beware

      maintenance issues with gates, lights and elevators are nearly constant. Office staff is great unless you say something they don’t like: prepare to be berated and gaslit should you bring them any kind of issue they don’t want to solve. Should have never moved in and wish I’d gone with my gut day one when maintenance flooded my apartment connecting my dishwasher and then screamed at me about it.

      Since i moved into this apartment building for the past year, and it's been nothing short of exceptional. The apartments are modern, spacious, and well-lit, with breathtaking views that make every day feel special.       A few things: parking is insufficient. the elevators being out of order for months was quite inconvenient. weekly cleaning of the common areas on our floor is non-existent. they may clean once or twice a month. The office team is great!! Very helpful and great attitudes!

      I truly enjoy the community here and the great atmosphere. Wendy and the team are phenomenal assets to the building—always helpful and dedicated. That said, there are some challenges with the elevators needing repair and the parking situation, which is by far the most frustrating aspect of living here. I’d love to see improvements to parking fees, gate access, and timely updates when there are issues with the gate. Overall, I’m happy to call this place home, and with a few adjustments, it could be even better!

      We were one of the first people to move into this new high rise. We love how spacious our apt is, especially after move out of a 1 bedroom. We selected the two bedroom 2.5 bath. Love the space, amenities, location, staff. Close proximity to all we do. Moved in July2022, just renewed for 18 months. Proud to call Modera Old Ovy home. Check it out.

      Modera is a great place to live. It has all the amenities you can ever ask for and a great maintenance crew. Only down side I’ve seen so far is that the elevators seem to be broken more often than they are up and running.

      This is a great community. Very clean and quiet. Shayla in the office is literally the best. Always available to help and goes above and beyond. I recently transferred units and she helped throughout the entire process from the first convo I had of interest until I was all moved in. I appreciate the care she took for my move.       Great Place to Live

      I have lived here for a few months and cannot say enough good things. The employees and residents are all very friendly and helpful. The amenities and common spaces are always clean, easy to use, and popular with residents. My personal favorites are the rooftop pool and the gym/sauna. 10/10 would recommend.

      Modera is amazing. This is the best community I have ever lived in by far. It is incredibly clean, well kept and luxurious. The amenities are top tier and there is even free community WiFi. The move in process was so easy and our leasing agent Shayla provided great assistance throughout the application process to move in. I never want to move out!
