Chris at modera was wonderful, very personable and was the best at making sure we are taken care of and being super honest. The complex is beautiful and well maintained. Highly recommend you take a look.
The building is clean and well kept. I feel safe in my building. I’m currently moving between units and the staff has been very helpful to me during this process.
My experience started with the whole process of moving in, they have made it so smooth and hassle free everything was so easy and convenient, so far my family and I love it here
I must admit, at first I had a slight hesitation about the Modera not because of the community itself, but simply because stepping into a new environment can be uncertain. However, from the moment I met Chris and the gentleman with the glasses, all of that hesitation quickly faded. Both greeted me with warm, genuine smiles and took the time to provide me with full details. They didn’t make me feel like I was just “another sale.” Instead, they walked me through the apartment and amenities with care, professionalism, and a gift for making me feel valued. Their presence alone sold me. To add the icing on the cake, I met the manager, Alyssa A. She went above and beyond to ensure my application and paperwork were handled properly. She screened me with professionalism, yet she also identified with me gracefully as a business owner myself, I felt respected, valued, and treated with true class and poise. Alyssa was transparent, polite, and extremely welcoming. She didn’t hide anything, and she represented this community with excellence. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, peaceful environment to call home. The team and is hands down five star!

I just renewed my lease. Modera is such a relaxing community to live in, is like living in a resort. We have so many amenities available, and now we have coffee available in the lobby. For all the work at home residents. The communication with leasing office is great and maintenance team always available. Best community to live in.
I recently moved in about two weeks ago and so far I really like it here! The place is clean, well-kept, and everything feels taken care of. Haven’t had any issues at all, and overall I’m really happy with my experience so far.
It been overrall great I love it here the gym is very clean and I love how everything works here very peaceful and relaxing I love the sky deck view
My experience was nothing but amazing the service was phenomenal. From the tour to signing my lease. Chris did such a phenomenal job on making sure all my questions were answered. And we laughed the entire time.
Beautiful complex, super clean. Peaceful area with access to a lot of food and drink places nearby. Been living here over 2 years and although it’s not perfect, living here has been a pretty comfortable experience.

Top notch will be staying for another year. The garage is always clean, and the hallways outside my apartment are always clean. Lobbies are always fresh and welcoming. The conference rooms are also an added bonus for private meetings.

I just moved in the process was easy and great. Everyone has been kind and welcoming. My only negative drawback is I've discovered the lack of service and reception in my unit is horrible I'm not receiving calls even after being connected to WiFi

Living here is great. We have only one complaint, and that’s the frequency with which the fire alarms go off. Otherwise, the experience has been very positive and we look forward to renewing our lease.

My apartment is beautiful. I love all the finishings and the pool is beautiful. There were some problems in the beginning with the wifi but they did address that. I’m happy here
I truly enjoy living here. The management team at Moderal is top-notch, and the staff does an excellent job of keeping the facility clean and well-maintained. I've also noticed that residents are improving in helping to keep the grounds clean and beautiful, which is great to see. I don’t have any complaints about the staff, they’ve always been respectful and responsive. However, I believe some residents could be more considerate. It’s important to remember that this is a shared community, not a private home. This especially applies to those with pets and children. A little more kindness, politeness, and humility from everyone can go a long way in making this a better place for all of us.
I love living here and I even renewed my lease for another year! Modera Coral Springs is a great community to call home. The amenities are absolutely beautiful and you will not be disappointed.

I love my space! My unit has a great view and beautiful natural lighting. The modeled unit is directly above me, so I don’t hear any footsteps. My parking spot is conveniently located near the elevator, and my unit is right across from it—making it super quick and easy to get to my car and be on my merry way!

Going on to my second year. So far so good. I have no complaints. Lovely staff, they are not superhumans but they do try their best and never had a bad experience with anyone. Lovely amenities, the place is very clean and smells great!

I love living at Modera, a modern facility with excellent amenities. However, frequent false fire alarms from Taco Craft have been disruptive, leading me to rate it 4 stars. Once resolved, I would give it 5 stars.

My only issue is parking for my guest. There shouldn’t be paid parking for my family to visit me. Parking is $13 that’s ridiculous. Something needs to be done about that! The fire alarm system needs to be fixed

I like the neighbors. Ever since I’ve moved in I have met someone new every day. Plus the fact that everyone basically orders from the same restaurants as me because it’s all nearby we always get to go to spots without having to overthink

Living at Modera Coral Springs has been a great experience. The community is very peaceful and quiet, which makes it ideal for anyone looking for a calm and relaxing environment. Everything is extremely clean and well-maintained, from the building exteriors to the shared spaces. The pool area is one of my favorite spots – spacious, beautifully designed, and always clean. It’s perfect for enjoying sunny days or just unwinding. The fitness center is also top-notch, with modern equipment and a comfortable, open layout that makes workouts enjoyable. Overall, Modera Coral Springs offers a perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. If you’re looking for a calm, safe, and well-equipped place to live in Coral Springs, I highly recommend it.

I actually sent a formal complaint and received no answer, for 2 days already now. The complaint is about the ongoing issues with the fire alarms that continues to disturb monthly.
I had really high expectations for this new building. I watched the development from the ground up and said I wanted to live here. Don’t get me wrong the amenities are great, with everything being new all. But the building itself is paper thin, you can literally hear a pin fall on your neighbors floor. If you’re facing the pool you hear every sound from downstairs and when in your bathroom you can hear other residents whole conversation through your bathroom vent. So imagine living below someone that is seemingly a night person, that walks around and gets things done at night, smh. Other issues like the fire alarm going off all the time, if there’s a real fire we will never know. The WiFi going out often. The electric breakers tripping often if you’re using 3 or more appliances at once. The tailgating and fast driving in the parking garage. It’s just so much. I expected a peaceful/quiet community as advertised but it’s far from it I’m just hoping things will get better soon.
Had to deal with a whole infestation of fruitflies for a MONTH on my whole floor and apartment that managment kept pushing me off every time i would make a request. Turns out the issue came from the trash room on the first floor. We live all the way up. The issue has been fixed but every now and then 1 stupid fly will appear in my apartment. A lot of residents dont respect the speed limit in the garage and try to tailgate me since I do not speed and drive carefully. Guests now have to pay about $5 for parking and around $30 for overnight parking. Ridiculous. Although I love my unit and it is beautiful , this has put such a distaste on this building for me. Especially the gnats. It traumatized me and I cant emphasize that enough. I work from home so I would see them 24/7 and it felt as if my issues were not important until I kept complaining about it.

This is a great place to live, but there are some safety concerns that need attention. Residents often encounter issues with unauthorized individuals sneaking into the private garage by tailgating, which compromises security. Additionally, children riding bicycles in the garage create significant safety hazards. On occasion, these children are found on the 8th floor dropping objects, like plastic bottles, with the apparent intention of hitting people below. There are also instances of individuals forcing doors open to gain access to the building. Hiring security personnel could greatly improve these situations. For example, a guard could oversee traffic flow in the garage, especially on Tuesday evenings when vehicle congestion is at its peak, making entry difficult due to the sheer number of cars searching for parking spots.

Wonderful community. My unit is beautiful and quiet. The move in process was simple, leasing agents were communicative, helpful and moved me in quickly! Great restaurants and shopping in walking distance and the best amenities! Very excited about this lease.

Great location, walking distance to everything. Great amenities and enough parking to go around, EV chargers need to be more regulated with how long you leave your car charging.
