Ellis Lake is a small neighborhood located directly south of Downtown Concord. Ellis Lake is mainly residential with a variety of apartments and condos available for rent. Residents take full advantage of the neighborhood’s proximity to downtown and enjoy visiting the local grocers, eateries, and other amenities. Ellis Lake is also convenient to several large malls including Willows Shopping Center and Sun Valley Shopping Center. The neighborhood is named after its namesake lake. Ellis Lake Park provides residents with lakeside trails, but residents also frequent Meadow Home Park nearby. Highway 242 allows for easy travels into other major Bay Area cities including Walnut Creek and Oakland.

Property Ratings at Modera Apartments
Recently toured this complex and a few of the units and had a pleasant experience. The leasing agent was really helpful and nice and he showed me a few options in my price point. The apartment is under new management and the residents I met were so nice that one of them gave me a hug! Beautiful pool and my favorite thing is the HUGE patios and balconies. I am hopeful this will be a nice place to live!
