I love the amenities and people working at the reception. The lobby smells amazing. However, there are only 4 elevators for the entire building. I wish they had more elevators. The closest elevator to my house is at the other end of the building.

I'm really enjoying my first week here at Modera! Shoutout to Cally & Milly for being super helpful ?? However, I do wonder if there's a more efficient way to haul belongings from car to apartment. Also, the parking garage is pretty tedious going up and down. Back to the positives, I love the set up of the apartment, the newer appliances, & the balconies!

I just moved in, so far I haven’t had any issues. The building is brand new. Everyone has been great. Caliber of people seem to be willing to take care of the property. Place looks well maintained. I hope that continues.
It's a newly constructed building located in a great neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The building is well-maintained and offers excellent amenities.
Callie was super helpful, great move in experience, great coffee that we can get daily, I would recommend this place for sure. We took the high rise which is fantastic but their first floor had high rise and equally good

I love it here. It’s beautiful and peaceful and the staff are so nice. Everything is so clean and taken care of. Callie made my move in process seamless and Walter was so helpful and they both are always so friendly and welcoming.

I was very excited to move into this building and had high expectations for the community and management. However, over time I’ve noticed recurring issues that I believe property management has not adequately addressed. Many residents leave garbage in the trash rooms rather than using the chute or dumpster. Stains on hallway carpets have gone unaddressed for quite some time, diminishing the appearance of a building that is still new. Loud music and gatherings are common at all hours. Overall, the influx of people moving in has contributed to ongoing issues with trash, noise, and lack of upkeep that lower the quality of life here. This building has the potential to remain a high quality place to live, but only if management enforces community standards and prioritizes upkeep. Otherwise, it risks declining quickly, much like other properties nearby.
The apartment itself is beautiful, with a wonderful spacious layout, modern appliances, natural lighting, and quiet environment Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which gives me peace of mind. I also love the location it's close to shopping plaza's,parks, schools, and restaurants.Overall, I’m really happy I chose to live here, and I would recommend Modera to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to call home.

Pretty good. But, sometimes my key doesn't really work for the Amazon package room and the door that leads to outside next to it. Other than that, it's great.

Fantastic place! Super clean amenities and heated pool! Couldn't be a better experience :) The gym is great and broken into two rooms for a little more privacy. I have been enjoying the grills especially!

I’ve had an amazing experience living in this apartment community. From day one, the staff has been friendly, professional, and responsive. Maintenance requests are completed quickly, often within 24 hours. The property is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe. Just recently moved in and it has been nothing but great so far! One iffy scenario which I am not pleased with is that while moving in, the loading ramp was fully occupied by 3 trucks and cars which lead to no space for my friend and I. We decided to park in the spots below to run upstairs quickly to drop some things and we received a ticket. I disputed the ticket and got denied then called the office and they were no help which I understand it’s a third party company but some advocation for residents would be nice as we are just moving in. Other than this situation, it has been amazing!

It’s been pretty good so far! There were a few issues that required maintenance the first week but the team helped sort them out quickly. The flooding that recently occurred has caused a bit of a mess in the hallways but it hasn’t directly affected my apartment fortunately.
