The building is completely new. Lobby and common areas are clean and nice. Apartments are of a good size. the neighborhood is well located and safe.

I’ve had an amazing experience living in this apartment community. From day one, the staff has been friendly, professional, and responsive. Maintenance requests are completed quickly, often within 24 hours. The property is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe. I love the amenities—especially the gym, pool, and package lockers—which are always in great condition. The location is perfect, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. My apartment is quiet, modern, and comfortable, with great natural light and efficient appliances. The neighbors are respectful, and the community has a peaceful vibe overall. Parking is convenient, and I appreciate the security features throughout the complex. Just recently moved in and it has been nothing but great so far! One iffy scenario which I am not pleased with is that while moving in, the loading ramp was fully occupied by 3 trucks and cars which lead to no space for my friend and I. We decided to park in the spots below to run upstairs quickly to drop some things and we received a ticket. I disputed the ticket and got denied then called the office and they were no help which I understand it’s a third party company but some advocation for residents would be nice as we are just moving in. Other than this situation, it has been amazing!

I recently moved into Modera Academical Village, and so far, the experience has been excellent. The leasing staff was welcoming, professional, and made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. The community feels modern, secure, and thoughtfully designed. My apartment is spacious with high-end finishes, new appliances, and plenty of natural light. I especially appreciate the amenities—there’s a well-equipped fitness center, relaxing pool area, and beautiful communal spaces perfect for work or socializing. The location is also incredibly convenient, close to schools, shopping, and dining. Noise levels have been low, and neighbors seem friendly. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which gives me peace of mind. I’m very happy with my decision to move here and look forward to being part of this community.

It’s been pretty good so far! There were a few issues that required maintenance the first week but the team helped sort them out quickly. The flooding that recently occurred has caused a bit of a mess in the hallways but it hasn’t directly affected my apartment fortunately.

Everything is new, we got the house really clean and steady, the staff helped us so much and are so kind, the only thing that is a problem is the internet but it's just temporarily.
