Property Ratings at Mode at Melbourne
I have been a resident here for one year and recently renewed my lease for a second year. Overall, it has been a pleasant experience, and the environment is welcoming. While I wish there were outdoor grilling facilities available at the pool, this is still one of the nicest apartment communities in the area, especially considering the square footage. It truly feels more like living in a home than an apartment. One feature I particularly appreciate is the spacious balcony, which adds to the overall comfort. However, I would have preferred cement flooring for added privacy, as the current wood plank flooring allows some visibility into neighboring balconies. Despite this, the property remains charming and well-maintained.

I have been a resident of The Palm Bay Grand for almost 7 months. Mostly, it has been a positive experience. There where a few issues, I thought, could have been handled better. So far, I like living at The Palm Bay Grand!
So far, I have really enjoyed living here. The apartment is modern and well appointed. Maintenance is quick to respond. The only issue that i have repeatedly had is extremely loud upstairs neighbors. Unfortunately, the sound really transfers between floors. Overall, this is a good place to be.

I’ve been staying here for almost 5 years. The apartments are huge and spacious. Praying the price doesn’t keep increasing it’s becoming very expensive. The place really needs some up keeping done such as:painting the railings, ground keeping, and touch up paint jobs in the apartments.
I’ve been very happy with my apartment at Palm Bay Grand! The community has a welcoming feel, and the management team is friendly and helpful. One of my favorite perks is the swimming pool—it’s always sparkling clean and a great place to relax on the weekends. The workout area has just about everything I need, and I never have to wait for equipment, which is a plus. Maintenance is usually on top of things, though I did have to wait a day longer than expected for one minor repair. However, they kept me updated, which I appreciated. All in all, it’s a lovely place to live, and I’m happy with my choice.

For my family and I these wonderful luxury apartments are the best place to live since we've always lived in houses. It was very easy for transportation to move in, wonderful staff, never had a problem. The best luxury apartments for the best bang for your money as well as size. Apartments are spacious, modern appliances, close to numerous stores, property is maintained wonderfully, quiet area. Brandon, Yaheli and maintenance are wonderful, helpful and responses quickly to requests. Great place to live.

Extremely noisy neighbors, poor construction, parking is irritating, and most of the office staff is useless. This place is grossly overpriced. Don't let the facade fool you.

We have lived in the Palm Bay Grand apartments since February 2020. The apartments are spacious and very comfortable. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant and with tremendous facilities. The service provided by the management is excellent (VIP service). Very close to the main commercial establishments. It is a wise investment for what you pay. Ismael & Wanda Hau

Staff is inexperienced construction has many flaws that make it look really cheaply made such as cabinets. Lots of trash and debris with poor Maintenance staff who is lost . Not worth the money I wont renew my lease not worth the money.

I was originally very excited to have found an apartment with such great square footage. However I have been exceedingly disappointed with this property. There is dog poop everywhere, the maintenance dept doesn’t know how to fix anything and the office staff is both petty and rude. They nit pick about everything that is completely insignificant, while the amenities they list aren’t available. There is very poor ventilation in the apartment when you cook and you can hear every single step your neighbor makes. I totally regret moving here. For the price I’d suggest ANY other property within 2 miles of here. I wish that I had...

These apt homes are immaculate! They are the most spacious and well designed floor plans I’ve ever seen. I am so happy I found out about the Palm Bay Grand and to be living here.
