Roach infested the inside of the apartments do not even look like that ! Mold infestation and they do nothing to fix any of it

I Have been leaving at Mobley for over 5 years and have seen a lot of people come and go in the leasing office but I can say out of all of them the two newest ones does a Super-B job. I am a proud resident hopefully they don't leave us.

I SIGN MY LEASE ON THE 8TH AND NEXT MONTH AND I AM VERY EXCITED THE APPLICATION PURPOSE WAS VERY SMOOTH AND ANY QUESTIONS I HAD RECIEVED A PROMPT RESPONSES...... I AM A HAPPY CAMPER

My visit to Mobley park was good though they didn't have any two bedrooms available which could be a good thing because that mean everyone wants to stay at Mobley!!!

I visited the property on today and met with Teyana and must say I look forward to moving to MOBLEY :)

I Visited Mobley Park Apartments last week and I must say I was impressed though they didn't have any units available for me to view which was ok I was giving a tour of the property grounds and amities which were good enough for me Ms. Cynthia was very pleasant as well as Teyana which offered me Krispy Kreme Donuts

I have lived here at Mobley Park for 3 years and we have so many changes in the office staff. by the time you get use to one person they are gone. The current manager Cynthia and extremely the best we have had. I can say she really does cares about the residents.my carpet had been coming up since 2016 and no one in the office cared. I think the previous manager was name Sharon who was never in the office and didn't care about anything. since Cynthia has been in the office she actually came and walked my unit and said the carpet does need to be changed but that she couldn't make me any promises because it was out of her hands. she called me 2 weeks later and said it was approved for new flooring. I appreciate her because I wasn't going to renew my lease because I had been trying for so long to get some things done in my carpet. I recommend mobley park for anyone that is looking for comfortable living. as long as Cynthia is here I will stay.

If you enjoy watching domestic violence, neighborhood brawls, juveniles fighting, this is the perfect place for that. Homeless people live around the entire property. On numerous occasions we woke up to the homeless people fighting and screaming. We witnessed countless number of drug exchanges right outside between these individuals. Needles have been found on our patio from those who pass by and toss them. Sometimes it's hard leaving the driveway because the "zombies" on drugs everywhere. The garbage area was constantly overflowing with trash. The children and trashy residents threw their trash wherever it was convenient for them. The parking lot normally has trash all over as residents throw their garbage in the parking lot. Weekly, notifications are received on your door stating management/maintenance or some other company will be entering your home for inspections. These notices are placed a day prior giving you no notice really. Our apartment was infested with termites. The OLD Management hired a company that that sent a 19 year old kid out with a can of bug spray to try and resolve the issue. My husband had to terminate himself because management because the can of bug spray obviously didn't fix the problem. During the summer with the big storms our roof would leak. We asked management several times to clean the gutters as they were clogged. We expressed our roof and patios were flooding due to this issue. My husband had to climb on the roof during a storm to clean them and prevent flooding in our home as maintenance never came to fix. Lawn care company was mowing and a rock busted out our window. We contacted emergency maintenance and it took management 3 days to fix. We addressed our concern especially since this window faced the street where homeless people were constantly and a lot of traffic went by. Several months we paid rent online only for the apartment complex to say they never received our payment. We received eviction notifications stating our rent was never paid. When issues were addressed with management they claimed they didn't even know there was a website where rent could be paid online disputing that we had never paid them. We had physically show them THEIR website and where the payment was made. This happened several times each resulting in eviction notifications and then management apologizing for the error on their part.
