Property Ratings at Mizner Park Apartments
If you read this review and still choose to live here you have been warned. I have emailed mizner park management every week for 6 months about animal urine in the apartment building (YES on the floors where residence live). Management refuses to do anything about it. When we moved in our oven was broken, the light in the kitchen fell from the ceiling, there was mold up and down the outside doors. Whatever you do do not live here. You will regret it.
The location is the best part of this apartment. It’s convenient and has everything from shopping to food. Our apartment is also nice as it has many new upgrades and appliances. If the staff and maintenance were nicer and gave more attention to their tenants, I would’ve given a higher rating.
I absolutely love my apartment! The location is unbeatable – within walking distance to fantastic shops, restaurants, and hotels. It's a dream for anyone who enjoys city life. The added bonus of being dog-friendly makes it even better; my furry friend and I couldn't be happier here.
The location is great. It is walking distance to stores and restaurants and there is always something to do in Mizner park. The pool and gym have a great view
You can not beat the location, everyone comes to our neighborhood and all we have to do is take an elevator. The apartments are a nice size and everyone here is very nice. Love it here.
location is undeniably fantastic. Situated close to the beach, Mizner Park offers convenient access to a rooftop pool to the sun. For beach lovers, this is a major plus. Additionally, the property is surrounded by a plethora of restaurants, providing a diverse range of dining options within walking distance. This is ideal for those who enjoy exploring local cuisine without having to venture too far from their home. On the downside, the maintenance service at Mizner Park fell short of expectations. While the property is generally well-maintained, there were instances where issues took longer to address than anticipated. This aspect can be frustrating, especially when dealing with minor inconveniences that could be easily resolved with prompt attention. Despite the maintenance hiccups, the staff at Mizner Park earned a solid 4-star rating. The personnel were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to assist with any queries or concerns
Great community to live in, if you are interested in living in a prime downtown neighborhood of Boca. It is a bit on the expensive side compared to some of the other neighborhoods, but you are paying for the area, walking to distance to ocean, stores, places to eat and shop. staff are good for the most part but maintance concerns can take a little bit of time to be addressed.
Based on the rent we pay the building upkeep is mediocre at best. Ie; park benches are poorly taken care of. Rusted and need refinished. Dog pee is terrible. Pee in elevators and on elevator doors. Dog poop not being picked up. Handicap parking is terrible. Not enough provided spaces.
The location is nice. However, the interior common areas are always dirty. They never vacuum the hallways, only sweep the carpeting with a broom. A rubber toy has been hanging from the light fixture for 4 months in the main foyer.
Location, location, location! Easy access to most of downtown Boca services. Outstanding maintenance personel. New upgrades in recent years.
My A/C died a second time and was replaced within a day or two. I wasn’t hassled with additional service requests. They just replaced it. That’s excellent service. That’s why love living here. You call with a problem and it’s solved.
Love it here.. 5 years strong!! Great atmosphere and fun concerts. Great people watching from the porch! Just hope the rent doesn’t hike up!
Clean and convenient place to move in to. Nice location and staff is very friendly and wonderful. Helpful with the stress of a new home. So far so good.

I have loved living here so far! I face the parking garage, which is not the greatest view, but it minimizes the noise. We have had no issues at all and I have been living here for about one month.

This is a beautiful location, amazing restaurants, 15 minutes walk to the beach and the energy is incredible for such of a small place. They could do a better job maintening the building. I still recommend living here at Park, because this is a remarkable courtyard.

I absolutely LOVE living here. The apartment is awesome—great kitchen, beautiful floors, and high ceilings—as are all the stores and restaurants downstairs. I especially love being able to walk to a concert, the movies, or the museum. It doesn't get better than this.

I gotta give a shoutout to Keyla at Mizner Apartments in Boca Raton! She hooked me up with all the deets I needed and was super chill and friendly. The area around Mizner Park is sick, tons of dope restaurants and stuff to do. The amenities at the apartment complex are legit, although I wish the gym had a few more machines. Overall, I had a sick time and would totally recommend Mizner Apartments to anyone looking for a sweet place to live in Boca Raton.
Nice apartment. Location is amazing, you can get everything you want in walking distance. And the building is delicate and clean. I moved here last week, love here so far.
I have lived here for 10 months. Overall living in the park is nice. Always well kept, great area to walk around lots to do and see. The Apartment itself or shall I say the building .,..that has a bit of work needed. On four occasional I had major leaking in my unit, till this day no one ever fixed all the water stains on the ceilings and walls even around outlets. Maintenance men are nice but I don't really think they know how to do much. Also they need to clean the parking garage a little better where residence park. Again it is a nice place to live in east boca with so much going on.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at an apartment close to the beach, surrounded by a plethora of restaurants. Overall, my experience was positive, but there were a couple of aspects that influenced my decision to give it a four-star rating. Another consideration worth mentioning is the property's loyalty to long-time tenants. While it is admirable to prioritize and appreciate loyalty, it is also important to ensure fairness and equal treatment for all residents, regardless of their duration of stay. Balancing loyalty while maintaining a fair and inclusive environment would greatly enhance the overall experience for both long-time tenants and newcomers All in all, I give this apartment a four-star rating, taking into account its prime location near the beach and the plethora of nearby restaurants, while acknowledging the higher pricing and the need for fair treatment among all tenants.
One of the reasons I chose my apartment here besides the location is the fitness facility. However, it has an unpleasant smell. I believe due to poor air circulation. It makes me not go there and it is sad.
I enjoy living in Mizner Park. The apartments are spacious with some nice upgrades. I have a very large terrace that my dog enjoys. All the staff are friendly especially the maintenance staff.

Location! Location! Location! We’re in the best spot to watch street parades, listen to street performers and walk to the best restaurants and bars. All the festivals and street markets are in Mizner Park Square. We even have a bowling alley in the square along with the best boutique stores. What else could you want in a community?
I really enjoy the community and the amenities are great. Everyone is super nice and the apartments are relatively spacious with amazing natural light.
Everyone has been exceptionally helpful and kind and Knowledgeable. The maintenance group is always available to help out and they are genuinely concerned about our issues. Everything gets resolved in a timely manner. The concierge are all very professional and helpful.

The maintenance staff is wonderful here!! They are the best- friendly, efficient, always get the job done! The amenities are great when not unavailable and packed. Location couldn’t be better for someone who likes to be in the busy, bustling downtown Boca area.
We have been living in Mizner since October of 2022 due to Hurricane IAN. I can say that so far everyone has been very friendly and courteous. The door personnel have all been extremely nice and helpful.

After months of searching for an apartment, I was shocked to find this place for the price I did. The apartment is spacious, stores are right downstairs, and everything looks well-kept. Once I moved in, I was excited to find that local events are held often and some key areas around Mizner are just as walkable as Mizner itself. It’s the walkability that makes Mizner feel so big - you don’t have to get in a car to find interesting places or events. When something is so close you can walk there, it feels like it is a part of where you live. I've had great experiences with the staff, especially maintenance. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, they come within 24 hours. To date, there hasn't been a problem they couldn't fix.
So far everything has been great. Considering the market, The staff has made the experience very painless. I am excited on familiarizing myself with the park and my neighbors and look forward to making memories!!
