Mitchell`s Park Apartments

The community is quiet and the neighbors are ok. I love that the community is well lit at night I feel safe, also I love that there’s a park for the kids to play.

Great apartment complex great employee that help great tenants friendly and well put together and very quiet at all time and reasonable price

Property personnel is very responsive to concerns. Maintenance personnel is here same day or next day, if request is submitted late day. It's quiet and comfortable. Wonderful use of space in the renovations from a few years ago. I love the storage, use of space, and how quiet our upstairs neighbors are. I don't want to move anytime soon.

Feeling good and welcome at home. It’s a good neighborhood. And the office are really Friendly and Kind .and. It’s quiet and. Safe.

Great apartment, quiet neighbors and neighborhood. My only concern is regarding the trash, there's a dumpster for trash but it's been full for a week now and the dumpster is the only trash place so it's a distance from the apartment. Since I'm trying to get my cardio on I don't mind the walking but other then that, I love where I am and the staff is super great they treat you like family, I can see I'll be here for awhile.

My electric and gas bills tripled! The apt is so old and not insulated well if at all and when the really cold weather truly hits, the HVAC heat never goes off! The floor in the living room, kitchen and bathroom is like walking on ice, I swear I can ice skate on the linoleum! All I can say is, I might have a roof over my head but I got ice for a floor! The bathroom does not have a vent to the HVAC heat so when I go in there, I can see my breath and the toilet water had formed ice crystals! I had to end up putting a portable heater in there that runs constantly if you want to pee without getting frostbite on your - you know what! Renter beware, anywhere else but here! I got 6 more months to go!

Great management and friendly community! Nothing to complain about as management is on top of everything! Safe for kids and pets and anyone looking for a quiet place :)

This will be our third year here! We love the management and maintenance team. They always take excellent care of us and do their utmost to respond to any request we have in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. <3

Very cozy place, walls are thick, noise is only bad on some weekends but they don't go past 10pm really. Neighbors are friendly and lots of convenient stores and spots near by. Jessica is the best overall

They are very responsive to residents. We love living here. They are very friendly and accommodating. The maintenance response is very quick to make repairs. The manager and office staff are super friendly and helpful.

The community is quiet and safe even at night. No break in's or thefts. I worked late and came home after 10pm. I felt safe walking from my car to my door with no problem.

Extremely thorough and easily handled. The staff was gracious and very helpful and responsive. The buildings were excellent Maintained and ready. Any concerns were quickly handled

The office staff is very friendly and helpful they were very clean and they are prompt with maintenance very quiet place and convenient to local stores

Over priced with old living conditions. Leasing office acts as if these are luxury apartments and they are far from it. half made "renovations" you try to clean your bathtub and all the paint IS going to come off. The parking lot is terrible one way strips cars cant leave or come in at the same time. never opens the pool. there's no washer or dryer connections yet they took over a year to fix and clean the neighborhood laundromat which looked DISGUSTING for MONTHS.

My apartment community is amazing. Most of the kids in the area make my son feel welcomed. I can always count on him going outside & coming in getting a good night rest lol. A lot of us parents meet & greet and link up outside of the community. Our leasing office is always so punctual & resourceful when it comes to any matter I bring to their attention. Thanks for allowing us to have a place to call home!! Outside of the cats that don’t seem to belong to anyone this is a great community to be apart of! Office staff and maintenance are truly the best!

Pest control is very much needed. Community is quiet. Office management and maintenance are friendly and professional. Amenities are non existent. Laundry room has machine issues and pool never opens.

We love our home! Its quiet, Maintenance is very prompt, Its all kept quiet and clean. No loud parties. There is plenty of parking. Parking lot was just paved over and restriped.

Living Here is a nice place and you feel comfortble.Also you can go for a walk with your pet. This Apartments are good to Live. Nice .

So far I have enjoyed my stay here. It is the type of place you can live in if you are willing to invest in it. I have been here 7 years and understand that rent control comes only if you stay and certain things you have to do yourself. The best balconies and the largest. I am able to have a small garden and sit outside. I live in the front which seems to be better cared for, but the place like other rentals depends on the tenants.

Bedbugs, pool and laundry room never work playground only have on unstable options, pay for pets control but they never come, stove are repainted And peels constantly as cooking r cleaning

Staff was extremely helpful and resourceful. Very informative when it came to any questions that I had . Appreciate their complete honesty & support.

Very nice office staff. They are wonderful people. The property is older, and in some aspects, it does show. However I am willing to accept a few flaws if it means I get to live in an affordable apartment in the heart of Smyrna, near the Village Green and also near all kinds of shopping.

My experience with Mitchells park was very smooth and great. They were really helpful answered all my questions. The little time that I’ve been here has been nice. Really calm and quiet!

Great community , super quiet and super friends neighborhood. Leasing office staff are super nice and maintenance is always on top of things.

The Apartments are situated in a very nice part of town, sometimes there will be noise on weekends during late hours but overall pretty quiet. They have amenities such as a pool and washer and dryer. They have a park but unfortunately it is in very bad condition was told they were going to install a new one a year ago when I moved in but have yet to.

There is a bug problem at the complex. It’s been that way since I moved in in 2017. It’s an ok residence and has good schools and close to shopping and expressway.

Great all across the board except the need to fix washers and dryers in the laundry room. Staff is great and always helpful when needed. Great. A’s all around.

I love living here! Its quiet, maintenance is prompt. I love my upstairs neighbors. We babysit each other's pets, share meals, borrow cooking ingredients.

Love, love, love living here! Neighbors are kind, generous, considerate people. Maintenance comes fairly quickly and thoroughly respond to any issue. Can see us here for awhile!

For the price it’s awesome. I feel safe, neighbors are nice, office is attentive and no crime issues. I love the neighborhood and how close to everything it is!

This is a quiet neighborhood, good neighbors, great office & maintainence staff would recommend to newcomers. I do not plan on leaving any time soon.

My neighbors are very nice people. The neighborhood is very quiet. I love how the ladies in the leasing office let me know when they have to come to my apartment when I’m not home for maintenance repairs or for the fire department

I like the apartment, but there are things that need to be fixed or that break easily which can be frustrating. I love the neighborhood and that you can walk places and that there are fun things to do as well as plenty of stores/restaurants.

The community is quiet and peaceful. The neighbors speak and are friendly. The maintenance men are friendly and do their job well. Tree office people are bee nice. The buildings are old and have structural issues and a roach infestation. For the price we pay things should be maintained better. The corporate owners need to come see the buildings and address the infestation. Everything we bomb the roaches run from apartment to apartment. Its a no win situation. That's my biggest complaint. Otherwise I love living here.

It's a cozy place, pretty quiet and parking isn't bad. Biggest complaint is the laundry room is completely down and I need to go to a another place to do laundry

Mitchells park was one of the two places I checked out when relocating back to Atlanta from Florida. The price was right and I was pleasantly surprised at the beauty of the neighborhood. Upon driving in I could see it was an older building but the layout and surrounding landscape made it seem like a quaint location. I also noticed the spacious balconies. Although you could tell it was older it had some unique qualities I liked. The apartment is not high end but was clean and had all the necessary things.Stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, nice size bedroom and living room etc. Very mixed community but quiet in the section I was. Felt comfortable safe and functional. They do have a small pool and laundry facility,but they were not important for me. I can see they are beginning to make upgrades since Smyrna is an up and coming community. So far it has been a pleasant experience here and the best bargain in the Atlanta area.

I have been in these apartments for almost 3 years and the best thing about them is that they are in a very safe area that I feel comfortable in that I can walk around in as well without worry and they are still affordable. The prices in Smyrna are now very high but this community is a life saver in that aspect.
