Property Ratings at Mississippi View
I lived here a while it went down hill very quickly. There were roaches they didn’t do a thing about it, management very rude to residents. Maintenance takes a long time to fix things. There is limited hot water had to take many cold showers. The pool is closed often when it is open it’s freezing cold, the alleged workout room has some bum bells and two ellipticals. During the winter they hardly plow when they do it’s is poorly done the side walks are very slippery now ice salty on them. I wanted to love this place so bad but disappointed me very much for the price you can find a much better place.
Great landlord, great caretakers! It allows large dogs and cats which is hard to find in this area. It has an outdoor pool, and an indoor sauna. I love it! It's so quiet.
