I've been living in this complex for going on 6 years, and with each year it goes further and further down the dump. Gate is either always open (unsafe), or it randomly gets fixed and is back broken the same week. Apartment staff never answers the phone or seem to address any issues you bring to them. Maintenance workers are ok. Random fees added to your rent. Shady neighbors and stolen packages. We have a 2 bag minimum for trash, and people will leave hoards of trash at their door FOR DAYSSS. Parking spaces are few in between. I tell you when my lease is up I pray I can haul tail out of here.
Garden areas are nicely trimmed but apartment complex dump area is disgusting. Not demanding to tenant's leaving trash bags out their door. Apartment complex fee for vale is nice but tenants don't respect times of leaving trash out. Ants, stray cats, and other insects and animals come through making a disaster.
The management can not handle the terrible residents, you will pay a lot of money and you will end up with a loud disrespectful neighbor, DO NOT COME HERE
This apartment complex does not care for their residents! If you decide to move here, be very careful since they will try to play you in order to get more money off before you leave. We moved here in 2017 and lived in building 5 at the time. We never had much issues that year, not even mold or cockroaches. This year however we moved to building 7, not only does my apartment sometimes smell like weed due to the person above me who smokes, but we’ve had issues with mold, when notified, they PAINTED over it...??????? as well as cockroaches. If you think this is the worst, just hold on! Now THIS was definitely what had me pissed off for DAYS! We were given a letter to remind us to move out or renew lease on the 26 of June. The manager told us we had been notified previously via email, BUT the only person to receive this email was ONE out of FIVE on the lease that we signed. And unfortunately, they’re on the road all the time, they didn’t see the email. They purposely do this in hopes that you WILL NOT see this, since, as she said, “by law we are only required to send to head of household”. That was another issue, who assigns head of household? We didn’t even know this person was considered head of household, so we figured what should have been done was to fairly notify everyone. NOPE. Obviously just one way to get more money out of their residents. It sickens me, once again, more corporates taking advantage of the average blue collared worker. This place can do “taco day Tuesday” or “decorate patio for 100 off rent”, or whatever the hell ya’ll wanna do to make people think ya’ll care, but y’all don’t!!!! I’m out the door regardless, my car, my boyfriends car and my other roommates car were broken into in less than a month! Update: we have already moved out (thank god) and received an email for payment fees one of which was $400 for heavy stained carpet. I’ll admit my sisters dog would take an occasional crapper in her room, and this is why we paid a $350 pet deposit, for any damages that it might cause. So why are we being charged???? Unethical. Again, they will do anything to get money out of you. Do not move here. You have been warned. Roaches, cars getting broken into, loud ratchet neighbors, ohhhh and my favorite, your packages will get stolen if heaven forbid they deliver it to your doorstep.
Maintenance only, this does not reflect other considerations I would make to recommend this apartment community.

The maintenance manager was very professional and promised that the repairs would be taken care of by plumbing. He personally came to check things out prior to and it has been done.

I would definitely recommend these apartments. My apartment was nice and spacious. The apartments are well kept and there were no major issues. Maintenance did their job in a timely manner. They were always friendly.

Only 2 things that I think this apartment should improve are Laundry room and floor structure. I got complaining almost everyday from the room downstair. They said we made loud noise like someone stump on the floor. No one did that we just walking as usual. This thing really make us mad sometimes.

The parking is very unorganized, this is a issue for someone who has a disability but it if not the parking isn't comidated to your needs. You may live in one building but have to park 3-4 buildings away from where you stay, sometimes in visitors you'll have to park because there is so space sometimes. I think this is very disrespectful especially for the amount of money you spend to stay here. They could comidate by put up parking signs for what cars can park in certain units or something to help get the parking under control, just an option.
The complex was clean, the management team was super friendly in the office and over the phone. If I had a question they would help answer them in a timely manner and call back as soon as possible. They ensured all my questions were answered as soon as possible and willing to help in any way they could.

I would recommend the apartment because it's a very lovely place and it's very neat and well managed too,the people working at the apartment office are very polite too.

The main reason for moving is because of work location. However, there were a few instances noted to management when cars running with be parked late at night with the smell of marijuana nearby. Also, certain vehicles were left parked in the guest area and people would loiter area the cars which seemed suspicious. There were several instances where loud music was playing from the same area at 3-4 am, which woke me up.
Pros of the community: Great location, right smack dab in the middle of Dallas and Fort Worth. Close proximity to fast food and other chain restaurants, major expressways and tollways, grocery stores, shopping, entertainment venues, and the airport. The community has a nice little dog park and pool. Our location in the apartment was fairly quiet and there was always parking in the front of the building. We would not recommend this apartment community because of the high rent increases year to year and also, our building had a lot of people hanging outside who did not leave there.
I loved living here. Just recently moved due to a job transfer. Office staff and maintenance are always very friendly. Maintenance helped jump start my car once. Only downfall is parking gets crowded at night if you live in the front.

Complex is kept maintained and clean. Maintenance workers are awesome!! Love the layout. Management is horrible though, they never communicate with each other or you. My truck has been stolen from the property and there is security cameras but the managers did not know how to operate the footage.
