I’ve been here for just under two years and have been very happy with the experience. Franklin is a really nice area. It’s a quiet area but has convenient access to anywhere you need to go. The leasing staff is great! Zakk has been super nice and accommodating. He, Brandy, and Trey are always super nice and helpful! And Brian from maintenance is always friendly and responds promptly to building concerns.
We love living at these apartments so much! Zakk is amazing in the office, he makes sure everything is done in a stylish manner! Along with the wonderful maintenance here, if there’s any problem at all, they fix it with no problem at all! You truly feel like you’re at home when you live here!! It’s spacious, luxurious, and a perfect place for families!
When I was looking for an apartment, I was able to move in within a week of touring the apartment complex. Everyone was extremely helpful with the whole process. When I lived there, if I had a repair that needed to be fixed they were prompt in coming to get the job done. The pool is a really nice place to relax in the summer!

Have been here a few years - and the office management keeps getting better and better. Our current up front staff Justin and Zakk - listen well, take action on any complaints/issues and are always welcoming. I have noticed since Zakk stepped in there is more community events and communication to residents. Upkeep of the grounds is excellent, maintenance is completed within a few days. The apartments are large, amazing walk in closets. Neighbors are respectful and quiet. Sometimes can hear neighbors and there is no way to regulate the heat - which gets so hot often in the winter and have windows open.

The office workers are great and always say hello to me and my dog! They hold activities for the residents and the children, which are always fun. You will find so many fun and great people at Mission Hills! The apartments are a decent size and totally liveable!

Have been staying here for some time and the property is clean , have option for indoor parking at an extra cost and off lately they have improved the maintenance service and even replacing the old appliances. So far it’s been a good stay here

I absolutely love living here! I don't hear the traffic, the staff is attentive, and the neighborhood is quiet. The management is always accessible with any questions and concerns-- they are both taken care of quickly. I have been here for 2 years and it is by far my favorite... plus it's right across the street from Target, so who wouldn't love that?? :)

We love living in a pet friendly complex! The doggy stations and walking paths are a huge plus for us. Our building is also very quiet and our neighbors are super friendly. Management is always quick to respond to our messages and knows us by name. Just a great renting experience.

This place rocks. Great price, great area (across the street from target, pick n save, and lots more just 1-2 miles north if it) and wonderful staff. Kayleigh and Justin rock and work hard completing maintenance requests and every once in a while think of fun activities for the residents. The pool is always clean, the lawns are taken care of and the parking lots are smooth as buttah. I love my apartment and it is my new long term home.

The location is perfect. There is a park with a walking trail next to the apartments. The staff is wonderful!

We are staying here in Mission hills since 2016. We loved staying in this apartment. Best part is every requirement is easily accessible and the cooking is equipped with gas stove. Very spacious kitchen and living room. Very good backyard, kids love to play in the backyard.

I m staying in Mission Hills apartments for 2 years. It's has lot of greenery, lot of space for kids playing outside in summer. Good public school nearby, walking distance from PicknSave and Target. Nearby gasstation. 20-25 mins from downtown. Maintenance is good and they respond very quickly for any problems. Helpful management team

Starting living there last September. Anytime I had an issue with anything, they took care of it right away. The staff is amazingly friendly and very helpful. I recommend this place to all of my friends and co-workers. The place is quiet, safe and clean. I love everything about it :)

I have lived at Mission Hills Apartments for going on 4 years, and I must say I have no complaints. The location is ideal if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but yet, there is easy access to the freeway so that can get you downtown in about 15 minutes. Additionally, there is a Target and Pick n' Save just a stones throw away. The staff at Mission Hills is also top notch. They have always addressed my needs and concerns in a timely fashion. For example, there was one time I requested to have a ceiling fan installed in my 'dining' area, they installed it the next day at no additional cost. They also had professional carpet cleaners come and shampoo my carpets after I had lived here for about 2 and a half years. I have also never had a problem with any of my neighbors and have always felt safe in this area. I also love how the staff promotes and encourages resident involvement throughout the year. This is evidenced by the kick off pool party at the beginning of the summer, as well as, resident appreciation week in December where they do things like have a continental breakfast in the office, garbage pick up, and gift wrapping on certain days of the week. They also have little trivia contests throughout the year where one of the residents who completes the contest will receive a little gift. I currently have no plans to leave and have recommended these apartments to several other friends! It's definitely worth stopping by to say "hi" to the staff!

Nice location. I have patio apt that has nice view and is great for feeding birds, squirrels, and chipmunks. Great school district. Staff is normally good about addressing any maintenance problems. Long walk from parking to some apts though, which makes it difficult when moving, etc.
