The City of Lakeland, Florida, located conveniently along Interstate 4 just 35 miles east of Tampa, is a bustling town and the home of Florida Southern College. This place really feels like home. The environment is welcoming, joyful, and fun with amazing amenities. I don’t can’t see myself living anywhere else!
Overall, it is a good apartment complex with good amenities. Services suck and management doesn't take ownership of it, even if they are mandatory and they will bill you every month for it (garbage collection, packages locker system,...) The parking situation has been better this last year (the first year was a disaster). The pool area is always very nice. Pricing always goes up, we are almost at the same level as Tampa. Considering that this is Lakeland, this is getting very expensive.
Love living in Mirrorton. Easy and clean and comfortable. Having been here for 6 months on the first floor, we still feel that it is a bit loud hearing other residents entering the building and noise from the unit above us but overall we love it here and plan to stay for a while! The staff is always helpful and communicative to the residents. Having a garage is highly advised! We love ours and although tight, use it for car parking and storage.
Great place to live, nice amenities(pool, sauna, gym) some maintenance could be better in the bbq locations as some don't work, other than that is a great community, high prices for leasing but worth for whats included.
I’ve enjoyed staying here for the past year, just renewed the lease. Only downside would be the parking, not very may spaces. Great amenities and staff!
Two wonderful years at Mirrorton! Getting ready to renew our lease for another year. The location and amenities speak for themselves. We’ve enjoyed every minute of it here. The staff is always polite and welcoming. 10 out of 10 recommend!

I moved in August 28. I was so excited about moving. The staff are so nice and friendly. The area is very clean and sanitary. The neighbors are so nice! The place is so neat inside and out. I love it here. Every area of the community is awesome!

Love this place! Beautiful units, excellent amenities, super dog-friendly, and helpful staff too. Parking is somewhat limited, but you can pay extra for a detached/attached garage.
New Resident… Mail Room/Mail is not user friendly. Floors in 4th Floor apartment are strangely warped/sloped, and fit of doors oddly compensates for un-level floors with huge gaps at bottom of doors. General cleanliness of Lobby and elevator and hallways is lacking.
Very clean environment and plenty of amenities. Easy move in process and very rewarding views. Comfortable kitchen and living spaces. Quick response with work orders and friendly front office.
We enjoy each day and night taking our dog out for walks and enjoying the many amenities that Mirrorton has to offer. This is a great place to be. I would recommend this place to anyone.
I love this apartment so far. It's close to downtown, there are sidewalks throughout the complex, it has a dog park, and there are lots of other great amenities. Parking is limited, but if you get a garage, you can avoid that issue.
I truly enjoy living here! The units and amenities are outstanding, especially the top-notch community pool and the decent gym. I'd suggest opting for an attached garage if possible; it's a worthwhile addition. The staff, both in the main office and maintenance, are exceptionally pleasant, making the move-in process incredibly smooth. There is a minor drawback with the thin walls and floors, a common aspect of apartment living. I can hear hallway and neighbor noises, but it's manageable. Despite this, Mirrorton offers luxurious living, and I wholeheartedly recommend it for an excellent overall experience.
I found mold in my apartment and tgwyvpaid for hotel while they fixed it. Mandy was amazing and so helpful! They spent four days removing everything.
I love living at Mirrorton, with the modern apartments & all of the amenities. We have sometimes struggled with hearing back from/getting in touch with the office, but all of the staff are so friendly and do their very best to assist residents. Maintenance requests are also promptly addressed (24-48h for non-emergencies). I feel safe & at home here & highly recommend.
Living at Mirrorton has been an absolute pleasure. The staff's exceptional support from move-in onward has made my experience truly wonderful. They're always available to assist with timely and courteous responses, regardless of the question's size. During the move, the staff exceeded expectations, ensuring a smooth transition. Their attention to detail and genuine care made adjusting to my new apartment effortless. Their continued responsiveness post-move has been invaluable. The apartment itself is great – spacious, well-designed, and impeccably clean. A standout feature was the dedicated dog park, a major bonus for a pet owner like me. Further, the option for a garage transformed my parking experience, providing security and convenience. While overwhelmingly positive, some minor issues include night parking stress due to limited spots. However, garage rentals provide a solution. The absence of an elevator in my building is also a challenge, hindering easy transport of groceries.
Simply the best place to live! We have been here six months and could not have made a better choice! The staff and amenities are second to none! Units are spacious and reasonably priced. Great neighborhood and neighbors. Walking distance to downtown. Highly recommended!

Great office team! They are quick to respond, and genuinely care about the property. Recently I had a package incorrectly delivered to another building. The team took the time to contact the resident, obtain my package and arranged getting the package to me.
Overall a great place to live, minor hiccups here and there but nothing crazy and even if it was the staff here are exceptional and will do the best to accommodate and help in any way they can!

Mirrorton is a one of a kind luxury apartment. Fabulous amenities that are rarely needing fixing. Relax in the pool, sauna or use the hydromassage beds. Food trucks come to the apartment on certain nights for dinner. Emails of current events happening in the neighborhood.
I lived here for almost 2 years and the longer I live here, the more displeased I am with the quality of living here. We’ve had consistent leaks in our roof for the last year. Each time they come in and try to do a cheap quick fix. On 5 separate occasions now, we’ve had big loud industrial fans in our apartment running 24hrs/day for up to 5 days. Can’t sleep at night, can’t work from my home office, etc., we’ve had horrible roach problems. We’ve also been locked out of our apartment on multiple occasions because their key fob reader continues to break, and we’re stuck with running around the whole outside of the apartment complex during lightning storms, with arms full of groceries, just to be able to get in our building. Hydro Massage chairs were broken for 2-3 months. 1 treadmill in the gym is always broken. Mirrorton looks nice on the outside, but when it comes to maintenance and upkeep they resort to quick cheap fixes as opposed to trying to fix the real issue.
Nice pool. Most pleasant staff. Quick response to any maintenance requests. I would recommend Mirrorton Apartments to anyone looking for an apartment in Lakeland.
I have been living in Mirrorton for about 2 years now and I would recommend this apartment complex to everyone. What more can you ask for? Luxury pool, pretty solid gym, sauna, professional leasing agents, and appealing homes. The only complain is the parking but I guess no place can ever be perfect.
Overall, my rating is fair. Improvement needed in cleanliness of common areas. The maintenance team responds quickly but I keep having the same issues.

We’ve lived at Mirrorton Lakeland for about a year and a half now and have nothing but good things to say! The staff is so nice, remembers who you are, even your dogs name ?? The pool is beautiful and relaxing and so much more fun with a toddler!

Overall it has been a great experience. We enjoy the complex and it's features. It is a easy walk to downtown which offers many places to eat and shop.
We moved in on Monday and so far have met many people. Everyone is so friendly here. It's a rainy week so haven't been to the pool yet but looking forward to it.

I’ve lived in Mirroton for about 2 years now and I absolutely love my decisions. The positive out weight the negatives, which are very limited. The atmosphere is unique, the pool and sauna are just want you need for a relaxing weekend. The staff really makes everything feel better if there are ever any concerns. The negatives are guest parking and valet trash but like I said I don’t mind dealing with a few minor issue for all the benefits I get to enjoy
