Gateway is a quaint neighborhood that lies in the Kissimmee area with both urban and rural qualities. The Kissimmee Gateway Airport is a large amenity in the area and a great convenience to Gateway’s residents. A community favorite is the Kissimmee Golf Club for its beautiful course and friendly staff. Grocery and convenience shopping options are available in town, as well as delicious chain dining. Public schools are spread throughout Gateway, making this a family-friendly community.
Shingle Creek is the most popular waterfront spot because of the Shingle Creek Regional Park and Trail. This beautiful, expansive trail runs along Shingle Creek and was designated as one of America’s Great Outdoors by former President Obama. Undeveloped land resides on the west side of Gateway, but the area is mostly known for its proximity to amusement parks including Walt Disney World Resort. Resorts may be widespread in the area, but so are rental opportunities.

Excellent From start to finish this has been the best experience I have had with moving to a property. The staff are very kind and helpful. The location is very quiet and up kept.i would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I will start off by saying that My fist impressions was good, the management was overall nice and the apt are spacious, with that being said. I moved into my first apt and sadly had to be relocated, do to the roach infestation. My next apt was not so good. 1st the carpet was not cleaned and previous tenant had dogs. there was a hole in the floor that had it not been for the carpet, we would have landed on our faces a few times as much as we tripped over it; do to where it was located, it took them almost 4 months to get it fixed and a few phone calls, once they fixed the hole on the floor, they left the carpet lose, that if started coming apart. When I complained to the office I was told not to worry, they would replace it when I moved, HELOOO I live there know and it look horrible. My AC unit had to be worked on at least once a month (Florida summers are hot mind you), The appliances in these units need to be seriously upgraded (God know how old they are, my neighbors had to get them replaced because roaches where living in them). The bathrooms need to be replaced not painted over again and again, they are sooooo bad that every time I tried to clean them paint would come off and they never looked clean. My counter both kitchen and bathroom need to be replaced, the kitchen cabinets are soooo old they are disintegrating little by little, I would clean them and next thing I know there was wood particles again and not a little a lot. When I first moved in I put a work order to get the screen on my porch fixed, well I moved out and still was not done, sadly there is always and excuse for things not getting done. This was not only in my apt, See; I have patient that live in these apt and even though they did not know I lived in the same complex I would hear them complain, My neighbors would complain, overall I think that these apt are too expensive for the quality that is being offered, and if you are like me and live on a budget I still would find somewhere else to live. NOTHING GETS RESOLVED OR FIXED WHEN NEEDED AND THE ROACHES OWN THE PLACE. When I moved out I cleaned as best I could and was charged stating that this apt was not clean enough well for these apt to be clean and presentable they would need to be demolished and redone.
