Mirabella Apartments

I reported a leaking ceiling several weeks ago, and management has done nothing. Every time it rains, water pours in; now my bed is soaked and unusable. The ceiling shows clear water damage, and there’s growing concern about mold. Despite multiple maintenance requests, the issue remains unresolved. Completely unacceptable. This isn’t just poor service; it’s clear negligence. If you care about your health, safety, or peace of mind, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Check google reviews and you will see pictures of the situation.

Management is awful at keeping you informed - I toured the apartments in December of last year and was told I would be placed on a waitlist. I called again in February to confirm my spot on the list and was told I would receive a call in late March/early April to update me. I never received any updates and I was told there are no apartments available for the next few months. It’s impossible to rent here.

I have lived at Mirabella for over 2 years, and I have never had a problem contacting the staff. Actually, on the contrary, they have helped me numerous times, even on their own lunch breaks. Jackline has always acknowledged any concerns, and has addressed them promptly. Maintenance has always communicated with me, and completed my work orders. While reading other reviews, I find it hard to believe individuals expect utter silence while renting an apartment. There is a great mix of families, young professionals, and students on this property. I thoroughly enjoy the amenities and definitely do not take them for granted. The pool provides a relaxing atmosphere, and my dogs love the newest additions to the dog park. I give this property 5 stars! Much appreciation for the staff.

Amazing place to Call home! Amazing complex with even better amenities. Staff is friendly and quick to respond when it comes to any issue or concerns regarding the apartments. Complex isn’t to large and has a nice community feeling. Will always love the monthly activities they do. Overall an amazing apartment to live in & if i could give more stars i would! would highly recommend if you’re looking for something luxurious!

This is probably the most expensive apartment complex in the area. The facility is nice; pool and grill area well kept. There's a dog park. And apartment is fairly nice. But overall, the place has been getting worse and worse over the past year we've lived here. There used to be quiet families and respectful people living here, but now there's a bunch of young loud residents that party at all hours of the day blasting their terrible music with disregard to the neighbors. The buildings are literally covered with chicken wire because the tiles are falling off. They do not enforce quiet hours or covered parking - I see people without the proper tags parking wherever they want. Also, the gate never works; it's either broken and remains open 24/7 or if it's closed the FOBs are programed so poorly that you have to be either 2 inches away from the gate while in your car (or 20 ft away while out of your car??) for the button to open the gate. It is a very expensive apartment and I do not think it is worth the money. You could live a block away for several hundred dollars less. Or you're better off renting a house or getting a mortgage for the prices they charge

Things will be good with Mirabella until you move out. I called and emailed them about the status of my apartment for 2 months and there was no communication. Finally I speak to Jacquelyn on the phone and she tells me that I owe them cleaning fees. They would do anything to not give me back money and find things to say I owe them. I would not recommend this place.

I wanted to thank you all at Mirabella for assisting me in finding the perfect place for me. I was hesitant on going based on the the most recent review I read, but I am glad I decided to stop by. You all are so professional, courteous, and friendly. Great customer service! I can't wait to move in!!!

LOVE the staff! Dina is a great leader, Eric & Jackie are so nice and understanding to everyone’s needs! Eric did an amazing job finding what I needed for my little family. I want to give them a huge thank you for always getting me what I need with never complaining for example I needed a car cover, car garage, work orders etc they always work so fast and also with work orders the maintenance and cleaning lady are so friendly and I feel very safe living here! The pool is amazing (salt water) and huge for everyone to swim in. Our neighbors are police officers, doctors, lawyers, etc I feel very safe and our neighbors are so friendly and nice to get along with. When I was trying to find a place to live in on a Saturday Eric sold me by his friendly attitude and answering all my questions without any complains. I took two tours and we were able to find which one that fitted for my family. Let me just add it was also a busy day that day but if we had to wait a little he offered us drinks in the lobby and let us have a seat in the lobby while also assisting other clients. I am forever grateful I picked here to live! I don’t think we are ever moving out because of all the amenities they offer are so luxury! And let’s be honest I LOVE luxury!!!

I had heard some wonderful things about how beautiful their apartments were, so I stopped by when I thought of moving to the area. When I first walked in there was a gentleman who was on the phone and refused to acknowledge me. After standing there and finally deciding to wave him down, he finally noticed me and got up. He awkwardly stood there until I told him what I was looking for. Instead of introducing himself, he started by saying that they didn't have any availability in what I was looking for. So I asked if I could at least see what they had to view. Felt like I annoyed him the second I asked. He agreed to take me to their model, but I felt like a nuisance the whole time. I didn't even get to see the rest of the complex! I hope that the rest of their team isn't like him, because his customer service was horrible! Definitely not recommending people his way.

Once you sign the contract, they will never respond on time.

We are wrting this humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service your staff member Eric provided. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Eric and he treated us very professionally with lots of respect and charisma. He was extremely attentive and listened to all our concerns. He made sure we got all the information needed, answered all our questions and toured us thru the beautiful complex- We would definitely recommend these apartments and would like to commend Eric highly for his professionalism and superlative skills.

Just moved to McAllen and I have to say the staff was so welcoming. Love the urban style look and beautiful pool.

Love the friendly office staff!!! My apartment has spacious closets and beautiful layouts. Enjoy relaxing by the resort style pool.
