Very nice leasing office and quiet apartment complex. Haven’t had any problems so far since I have been here. They have valet trash people who come to your door to get your trash.

Great and outstanding communication. They’ll work with you without any problems at all. Easy move and everything. One thing I can say, the prices is reasonable and you can not beat that!

I would love to have the gate fixed in the front. It has been out of order the whole time I've lived here. Having to deal with a third party for laundry issues is not ideal, same with the feral cat problem and lack of ventilation in the hallways. Decent for the price. Melissa is the bomb!

I have a situation with my water in the bathroom but it was quickly handled & for that I can say I’ve had a great experience. I love how quiet and safe the area is & I’m inlove with my newly renovated apartment. The property manager is respectful , communicative and attentive so I feel it’s safe to say I’ve had a great experience so far

The model apartment is a lie, ask to see an open apartment to get an accurate view of what you are getting when you lease. I lived there for two years and the property owners and managers don't care about the tenants. There are rice, mice (which brought a flea infestation), ant, and roach problems. The laundry room has 12 washers; less than half work and have been that way since I lived there. Most of the dryers don't work either. When I told them I had rodent problems they just said "they'll put me on the list" and never did anything about it. You have to pay monthly for pest control, but can't get service when there is a problem. The maintenance guy is really great though, that's the only plus.

It’s all right no grounded outlets though. The office staff is great especially compared to other places I’ve lived and they respond quickly to work orders.

Everyone has been so helpful. Got every maintenance report taken care of quick. I love my neighbors! The neighborhood is in the school zones my kids need. Huntsville Junior High School and Huntsville High.

My first night staying here and it's very peaceful. My neighbor greeted me very friendly. I'm liking it so far. Management is very nice also and has a sense of humor.

I love my apartment. It’s already one year being here. Feels like a home. We are going to renew for the next year too. All the staffs are nice and professional.If any problem arise, they fix it as soon as possible. Neighbors are good too.

They have been absolutely amazing helping us get approved and moved in. They have a great turn around time for maintenance. Love living here.

Ever since Lincoln has taken over the property, things have gone down hill. They have stated that the property was going to be renovated, the only thing that has happened in my building since I was told this at the beginning of the year is that the interior of my building was very poorly repainted, unit numbers were taken off the walls, and two new lights were installed. Rent went up over $200 at the beginning of the year. The valet trash service changed and no longer supplies replacement trash bags (only a small complaint). The mostly new management team comes off very unprofessional, all of the very few emails they send out have at least one glaring grammatical error. I was told at the beginning of the year that we would be getting new cabinets and stainless steel appliances this year, which has yet to happen as of November. In my building specifically, there are residents who sit outside on the steps into the building and drinks alcohol or plays loud music.

The apartments themselves are very nice, especially for the price. The community could use some improvement. People speed through the community, drifting around corners in their vehicles posing a risk to others in the community. Notifying office of unruly tenants with parties until 3-4 in the morning, who vacuum after midnight and play music loudly all night - does no good. There’s no bus stop for school age children in the community itself, and you will have to drive your children down bob wallace to the next stop light in order for them to be able to go to school safely and live here. The breed restriction list for dogs is not followed at all, the gate to the community doesn’t actually work, and people occasionally wander through the community flipping over door mats looking for house keys. If you’re looking for peace, it’s not here. If you’re looking for decently priced and surprisingly spacious units, look no further.

Staff is great and very helpful. The residents here are really nice and the apartments that have been remodeled so far, look really good and a comfortable living space.

Lived here for 10 years. Great place to live. Close to shopping, grocery store etc. We have had great neighbors and no problems. Friendly office and maintenance staff

Love the staff. They have always been very helpful and respectful since moving here in 2019. Quiet, safe environment for the kids. Would recommend.

Good and quiet....Quiet and good??...I would recommend this gated community to everyone looking for a new home the staff is professional/ polite they actually make me feel like home coming from the Capital of Louisiana....

Been here 4 months so far. Me and my daughter are enjoying it. Maintenance is very quick to respond to everything. The office staff is very nice.

I’ve been here almost a year. It’s home for me. Neighbors are friendly, and the dog are always on a leash for those afraid of them. Above all is quiet and stress free!

I've lived here for 4 1/2 years and each and every time the staff is always warm hearted with my needs if it was something that needs to be fixed or a question about my lease renewal. See five years ago my children and I were homeless and Village at Lennox Square were understanding and welcoming. This is why We call this place home., Village at Lennox Square is home .

The office staff is wonderful and the neighborhood is so peaceful. If I ever have a issue I know I can talk to them and they will fix it. The staff is so wonderful

We have lived here for a little over 6 months. It's a good neighborhood. I love my apartment and I love the management team and maintenance employees. They spoil us rotten. :)

This is a great business very responsive and got me applied and approved same business day. Can’t wait to move in and get settled in.

My daughter and her roommate had to apply AND each pay the $50 appliction. They then needed a co-signer which meant we had to apply AND pay $50. That was $150 wasted. Email sent to my daughter was that "your co-signer has not completed their application and apartments are going fast." When we talked in person, application was found but there were no apartments available until September. Which is it? Don't take money from students when you know there is not a chance that they will get an apartment. Honesty is the best policy especially when college students are involved AND during these economic times. Be leary before you apply. We will get our money back, but not the two students. This is only because I advocated for myself. They were not offering a refund.

Dionne is amazingly helpful and has done a lot to find us what we needed. Very experienced and even more friendly! We've lived here for a full year, and the apartment neighborhood is decent.

We have lived at Mirabeau for 4 years. We love it here. The apartments are cozy and offer plenty of space. Mirabeau is very pet friendly. Our little dog Lyla just loves to see Dionne, in the office. There is a lot of maintenance and remodeling going on right now. But, the maintenance crew, has been considerate and helpful. Nate from maintenance is a true gem. I am excited about the changes, they look amazing. I can honestly say, This is Home.

Well established apartments in the heart of Huntsville. Gated Community gives you an added security feeling. Convenient to numerous stores, restaurants, Parkway City Mall, and Downtown Huntsville. Great living for today's business professional. With all the benefits of free cable, internet, trash pickup, and gym membership. With the three most friendliest girls in town working in the leasing center. Along with prompt and very courteous maintenance staff. Highly recommend this new way of living.

I've lived at Mirabeau for 3 years and LOVE my home! Cable & H/S internet included in rent!?! Who does that anymore! Valet trash (put bag out front door at night & gone in the morning!), GATED in heart of Huntsville...walk to Whole Foods! Corey's a GREAT manager but Nate in maintenance trumps him (no pun intended towards our new President!)...last request was taken care of in 5 minutes...not hours or days, but MINUTES! Improvements are being made and look amazing. Older complex but all staff takes pride in making sure your new apartment is your new home.

I'd like to take a second and brag on this place. I recently signed up for the free Riviera gym membership and I highly enjoy the free community Wi-Fi. My apartment is perfect for me! I am really happy I made the move here and would recommend this place to anyone. In addition to what I've already mentioned they provide a trash pick up service each morning, which is very nice.

I've been here for 17 years and I really enjoy it. It's so quiet here and my family is happy that they don't ever have to worry about me if I am at home by myself. I enjoy living here!

There is a reason the price for this place is so low. The buildings are filthy, and have multiple code violations. They do NOTHING about the BLACK MOLD that is spreading in our unit and others. Bed bug problems are forcing residents to rearrange their apartments completely and rewash ALL of their laundry (most in their awful and janky laundry building) at a couple of days notice. The foundation is slanted and the floors feel like they're going to cave in. You can never get a straight answer from the office about anything, and maintenance is lazy and not punctual at all. There is lead paint on the railings. Dionne in the office is a sweetheart, but she alone can't save this awful place. Don't do it.
