Property Ratings at Mira Monte
Do NOT live here. As the the other review said, the photos are highly edited and it does not look nearly as nice. There’s always trash on the grounds and in the halls, mice and constant cockroaches (even when your place is clean), infestations in the laundry room, hallway carpets are gross, parking is absolutely horrible, males always drinking and smoking outside the entry way so not a safe feeling for girls, false fire alarm goes off each day in a neighboring apt, and there’s always some fight or some noise going on outside no matter how late (no soundproof windows). I honestly think they didn’t let us tour the place not because it was going to be taken soon, but because we would’ve changed our mind seeing everything. The staff is nice, but that’s about it.
