Property Ratings at Mira Flores
Mira Flores apt homes are a good place to live. Near all the shopping stores, Palm Beach Gardens mall, supermarkets and I95. Located between Jupiter and West Palm Beach a great central location. Also close to the Palm Beaches. Close to most medical doctors. Buses are close by at the Palm Beach Mall and across the street as well. I lived here so far for over 20 years --retired but still do a little work on my own and staying healthy and active.
Mira Flores is the best community in Palm beach gardens !
I absolutely love living in this community! The neighbors are friendly, and it truly feels like a welcoming place to call home. The area is great — close to everything I need. I also really enjoy the monthly resident events; they’re such a fun way to connect with other residents.

The only good thing I can say about Mira Flores is the location. Everything else was a disappointment. The office staff is consistently rude, unprofessional, and clearly uninterested in helping residents. They are argumentative and dismissive, and the property manager at the time we lived there (Karen) was untrustworthy — openly sharing confidential tenant information and gossiping about residents. Maintenance is another major issue. Most of the team is unresponsive and lazy, and communication is nearly impossible since many do not speak English. When I had a pipe burst under my kitchen sink that flooded my floor, I was told maintenance was tied up with “priority tickets.” Minutes later, I watched the maintenance manager casually hosing down sidewalks in front of the office. I had to shut off my own water and clean up the mess myself until someone eventually came out. That level of neglect is unacceptable. The apartments themselves are poorly built and cheaply “upgraded.” Paint was splattered all over the floors when we moved in, and the units are far from soundproof. You will hear every single conversation, toilet flush, and footstep from your neighbors. Do not believe anyone who tells you otherwise. Our first year was tolerable, but by the second year we couldn’t wait for our lease to end. Many of the positive reviews here are likely encouraged by management — trust the negative ones, because they’re accurate. The only positives: the location is convenient and the laundry room in the two-bedroom was a decent size. Beyond that, I wish I had better things to say, but I don’t. Proceed with caution.

Overall Mira Flores is a beautiful place to live offering amazing amenities. Mira Flores is a quiet community with respectful neighbors, and pet friendly. I have enjoyed living here for the past 6 years. Living near the mall and downtown gardens is convenient with easy access to I-95! I love the new pickleball courts and the pools are beautiful, I love the new pool furniture and lounge chairs. I love how clean the community is and the beautiful landscaping!

I have been living here for almost 21 years retired last 3 years do some volunteer work. So far I have been happy being here and being close to stores, movies and the shopping mall. Close to the library as well that I spend lots of time. Everything is within a short drive around and I was very lucky to find this rental location with previous owner. I have many memories of the past being here so far in my home.

Work orders here are hands down the worst I have experienced. Either it not happening or getting re-used appliances even though you pay for a platinum package.

This place is ran horrendously. I would never recommend anyone to live here. No pest control, front office is rude, disrespectful and doesn’t help. Maintenance is constant in the unit. Not due to the maintenance team just a poorly built or kept together unit.

I lived here since July 2015. I am retired for 2 years now. I like our location near all the amenities, stores, places to eat, bookstore, libraries, doctors and shopping mall. Nice quiet neighbors.

My finance and I flew out to sign a lease on an un-renovated unit we’d been eyeing for 2 months. I double checked the night before our meeting to see if the rates were still reasonable, they were. We sit down the next morning with the leasing agent only to find out the rate… for the same un renovated unit… had gone up by $500 monthly WITHIN 24 HOURS… for absolutely no conceivable reason. Definitely the sign I needed NOT to live there. Shady people, shady company. Don’t live here.

I lived here so far for 18 years. I have been retired for 2 years and I like the location which is near all the stores and restaurants. Close to the mall and only a few miles to the beach. Walking distance to the movies and whole food store. The management I have known for years are great here. I would not go anywhere else. I hope to stay here for my future years as a retiree and stay close to my old work friends.

This is a nice place to live. I really love the big shade trees and the landscaping is well maintained. There is also a family of otters that plays in the pond occasionally. So fun to watch! I like the walking path with doggie poo bag poles and trash cans. Maintenance problems have been resolved very quickly. Amy V.

I have been living here almost 18 years June of 2005 is when I moved into Mira Flores. It is located close to the Palm Beach Gardens Mall and to many stores and places to eat. The movies are right across the street as well. Its a nice quiet place and everyone here that lives here are great tenants. I have been retired for 2 years and I hope in the future if my rent costs stay reasonable I will stay here.

Mira Flores is close to everything, yet very quiet and peaceful. I can walk to Palm Beach Gardens Mall, Whole Foods, the movie theatre and everything Palm Beach Gardens has to offer. The apartments are spacious and clean, the residents are friendly, and the environment beautiful.

Office and maintenance staff really needs to be more pleasant and understanding. I’ve dealt with both a few times and it’s never a consistent experience.

Mira Flores is nice because of the area it's location, unfortunately the upkeep is not very good and you pay an arm and a leg It's not worth it.

Mira Flores is a nice peaceful place to live and close to stores, CMX movie theater (right across the street), the Whole Food Store and supermarkets. The famous Palm Beach Gardens shopping mall is right across the street and alternative transportation is also available. Soon in the near future a train station will be built down the road from our community. I have been here over 17 years and have been very content with my place of living. The lease office team are nice and try their best to make me happy and I am sure to other tenants. Look around what you see when you ever come visit or are looking for a place to live here! You will like it.!

Lovely homelike apartments wit modern appliances etc park like setting monthly special events two pools and very quiet location is perfect! Close to Downtown The Gardens Mall and Trader Joe’s TjMaxx etc elementary school is an A plus
