The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Millwood Park
We living comfortable and rent isn’t breaking our pockets. The property is well maintained. Work orders are handled accordingly and in a timely matter. The complex is a overall safe place for us all. My kids play outside with other kids with no problems. The neighbors mind their own business.
EVERYTHING MENTIONED IN THE PREVIOUS POOR REVIEWS ARE ABSOLUTELY CORRECT!!!! Amenities are not accessible at all (at least a year before the pandemic happened). The ventilation is hideous, the windows in one of my rooms doesn’t open. The cabinets and countertops are so old the wood is chipping behind it. The so called pest control is done whenever they feel like it, and they only spray at the door and in the kitchen barely. The leasing agent is the rudest I’ve ever encountered. The property manager, whenever she actually is in the office, is worst to deal with. When you ask for a number or address to complain, they just tell you there isn’t one. Don’t apply here unless you’re desperate and get out as quickly as possible.
I moved in mid December and I must say I absolutely LOVE it here!! I transferred jobs from out of state so I called around to several different places ahead of time. Keisha had me sold on the first phone call! She was very upbeat and answered all of my questions with ease. Upon coming down to take a tour, she actually remembered me although it had been over a month since we talked and I didn't even schedule a viewing. She was very resourceful, not only did she get me squared away with what I needed to apply, but had information on how to transfer my kids into their new school, the commuter bus station for me to travel to work by bus and gave us tips on where the coolest spots to relax and enjoy ourselves were in the area. My move in went smoothly. I love the location of my unit, my neighbors are friendly, and I even won $100 for paying my rent early this month. The new gym is really nice, my neighbors let me know that since new management has been here they have all seen a huge difference. I'm so thankful I chose to move here. Its right off the expressway, my kids love their new school, and the office staff really make me feel welcomed every time I come in. I tour quiet a few complexes before I made my choice, but Millwood just felt like home. I would def recommend here to anyone looking to move, you don't just feel like a commission bonus.. they actual value you as a person.
I have a friend who tried several times to see an apartment at this location and the place was never open. 10 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon, 3 in the afternoon, etc. After several attempts she did finally hook up with the manager and she gave her an application to complete. She was not professional at all, but what did I expect when she is never at work. I don't think my friend will be exploring any options available there. If the maintenance staff is as bad as the apartment manager living here would be a nightmare! Look elsewhere folks! Nice apts., sorry staff!
The largest 3 bedroom I ve had for this price... unlike most 3 bedrooms the rooms are extremely spacious! The sunrooms add even more space. Love my new home!
I just moved in a few weeks ago and I love it here! My apartment is extremely spacious and I was able to pick the unit I preferred. I read prior reviews and I can't lie, I was a hit apprehensive, but I now see that residents who simply do not get what they want are clearly unhappy and are trying to ruin the reputation of the property itself. I had friends who lived here prior and I can definitely see a change with new management. True enough rent has increased but they are trying to change the climate on site. Notices are sent out to ensure that residents know the rules and I have heard that they have moved quite a few people out who were not abiding by policies. The office staff is always pleasant and friendly when I call or go in. I would certainly recommend stopping by and seeing for yourself.
No this place is horrible and almost every apartment has maintenance issues that shouldve been fixed before moving people in here. But they be on you about getting your money though. They do not respond to our emails and they will not do their part even with tenant drama and the breezeways are filthy, nasty, and dirty. The grass hardly gets mowed and when they do come and mow it they leave some of every debris still in the grass. Also there's all kind of bugs and insects from roaches, ants, bedbugs, even to mice running through these walls and apartments because the property managers and maintenance people refuse to keep it clean and keep these apartments up accordingly. So many new tenants that moved here recently hate and regret they made this choice because they're having to find out the truth after they've moved here. Im leaving here myself and so I'm exposing the truth about this place because I've seen and experienced too much and this is just ridiculous and theres no excuse or justification for this.I dont even see how this place hasnt been shut down with how much the police bee over here for drug busts, tenants getting into it,you name it.....This place is horrible....
For the first time in 3 years I was able to use our swimming pool! You can easily see the improvements and the new office staff certainly means business! They have fixed the potholes, cracked down on loitering in the breezeways, and we are expected to have a brand new fitness center this upcoming month. Work orders are taken care of in a timely fashion and my neighbors are pretty nice. I look forward to renewing my lease in the upcoming months.
Do not move here..... The property owners and managers do not have the heart to help and do their part. They lie about taking care of the place and fixing issues with tenants and maintenance. And their attitudes are the worst.
I just called to get some information about an apartment who ever answered the phone was so rude and didn't even introduce herself she was so dry and wasn't eager to help me at all ! Not a good way to do business ! So please get yourself together lady
