The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Millview Apartments
I wish I could give this place zero stars. At first I loved this place because the apartment was beautiful and I was in a rush to find a place. I went out to explore and I quickly realized that this place was next to the projects. The back gate is basically across the street from projects. On top of that, the management service is awful. My mom was dying so I had to leave my apartment. I have been paying the penalty fee faithfully and NOW in the midsts of COVID, they want me to pay double the amount I have been paying and they tacked on a bunch of additional fees that were not in the original contract. They claim they lost the original and want me to sign a new one with all these added fees. These people are vultures and unfortunately I lost my copy of the original contact in the rush to be with my mom before she died. I bet they were counting on that. If you choose to live here, know that the people in the office are heatless savage beasts so keep all of your paperwork because they will find ways to screw you over for more money.
Excellent place to live; I'd been warned not to live in Coatesville as it is a 'depressed' town but Millview is a neat and clean gated community that is reasonably priced given the other local options.
my apartment is well kept,is one of the best apartments in Coatesville area ,we are close to buses , train stations we have great Swimming pool gym outdoor areas, we are close to restaurants and very close to grocery stores, the common arrears are well kepts and we have nice areas to walk the dogs, and the staff at millview all very helpful.
I currently live here and have for eight years. I have seen this place be great when Chetty Builders managed the property. However under Paradise Management the services/amenities/and the professionalism of the Office has seriously declined. Amenities: We used to be able to rent the Clubhouse, however, due to residents not cleaning up after use that was discontinued this year. We were not notified we could no longer use the clubhouse. The pool: The water comes from a central water pipe for the entire population per PA American . That means they divide the cost amongst all residents., we split the entire bill evenly. That means when the pool is filled you share the cost. In addition if you do not have a pool pass that was issued in 2012, then you pay $25.00 to get a pool pass. The fitness center: The cardio equipment was updated and stays in good working order. The weights are dumbbells are good. The one central work out machine is old and the padding is cracked. The attachments are rusty, and the clip is sharp. Not to mention the staff hold an exercise class in there with a few friends anywhere from 5-7 AM and store their exercise equipment onsite. The staff treat the facilities like they are theirs and we are intruding, the general public is not invited. But if they break the equipment I am certain the costs would translate into higher rents. Computer Room: Only accessible during business hours. Parking: You are to have one car in front of the building and one in overflow, guests always to part in overflow. If you have more than one car are to get a garage. There are not enough spaces for this or enough garages either. They say no tag will be towed, never happens. Snow Removal: During high volume snow days they pile the snow in between the cars. Handicap spots are not cleaned to remove ice, become inaccessible. Last Winter the snow was piled so high could not get in or out for weeks. Noise: The mill starts up at 11 PM at night, the train starts to run and blow the whistle around the same time. Maintenance: Superior. Quick and efficient. Premium View Charge: We live near the woods and have to pay an upcharge of $25.00 Earned Income Tax: The schools here are near the worst in the County (low performing). We pay 2.5% earned income tax, amongst the highest in the County. This year they are going back to voters and asking for more because they are bankrupt due to past due loans and over expenditures. We have zero children and none have ever went to this school. Consider all of this before moving in!
The views are pretty nice, but the appliances and finishes are cheap. When something breaks the staff doesn't fix it the right way. It's almost impossible to park, the parking lot is completely full, and some of the people who work in the maintenance building are very rude. I love the building, but disliked the way we were treated!
I'm reading the reviews and realized that most are written by the staff. Its not a bad place to live, but management makes idle threats that no one listens to. First off, if you own more than 2 vehicles you are supposed to rent a garage to house the 3rd or more vehicles. And if you do not live here and/or do not have a parking pass you are not allowed to park in front of the buildings....management's rules....they say that you will be fined and towed. Well, there are numerous offenders but nothing is done about it. Parking around here is ridiculous! Good luck trying to find a spot near your apt especially on the weekend.
I really like the complex so far. I have only lived here for a month, however anything that I have needed help with has been addressed right away. The office staff is very nice, and professional. The maintenance staff do a great job with anything that is needed. I am very happy with everything so far in the apartment.
My family and I just sold our home in September and were looking for some temporary housing until we find our new home. Our real estate agent recommended Millview. I must admit we had a few reservations at first but decided to take a chance. The office staff is wonderful as well as the maintenence staff..We had a few problems when we moved in and the maintenence staff took care of all of needs right away.
We love our apartment. My husband and I are both retired and do not require as much living space as before, so we chose the smaller of the one-bedroom apartments. And, with the wide doors and high ceilings, and well laid out floor plan, we are very pleased. Also, moving here in November from the South, we thought that it would be difficult to stay warm during the cold months, but the heating system keeps our place nice and cozy. Of course, the most important "ingredient" to any successful community is the staff, both office and maintenance. They set the tone. Our experience has been very positive. They have been very helpful, courteous and prompt.
Best apartments in the area for the value. And you cannot ask for a better office staff. Stacey is great for explaining everything about the property and will make you feel welcomed. The apartments are thoroughly prepared for your move-in. The area is quiet. The grounds are well-maintained. Arrange for a visit. I think you will be impressed.
My husband and I recently moved into Millview. After about a week, we received a call from Stacey to make sure we had settled in alright. A couple things needed to be fixed and Fred from Maintenance was right on it. He came over after he had already left for work to fix our refrigerator and he always returned when he said he was going to. My husband and I are very pleased with everything at Millview. It is in a quiet neighborhood and in the middle of everything. We couldn't be happier!
This place is a dream come true. I found Millview by accident on google. It was the best accident I've ever had. Rachel K. (The young woman) who works in the office was professional, personable and made the experience top notch! She is always asking "what she can do?" The ammeneties, grounds, brand new appliances, level of detail in each home, neighbors and over all level of service is one that you can only find at an expensive resot somewhere. It's even dog friendly. Every day when I come home, I can't believe I live here! I'm telling you... it is really paradise and not for those who don't enjoy the finer things in life!
