Mills Creek Preserve

I have lived here for over 8 months and the staff is great. I live on the bottom floor and ud say the noise is pretty normal and the same any other apartment ive been in, not excessive at all. My maintenance requests are pretty much always fixed in a day whereas other places ive been they take a week. Love that its secluded as well.

This condo charged me for an irregular and incorrect application. I have already sent 5 emails 7 days ago and in addition to not answering, they do not return my money! I will take further legal action on this! People without commercial preparation to perform the function do not recommend it because the service, both in person and by email, is terrible

The complex was brand new when we moved in and the staff does an excellent job keeping it looking that way. Lots of attention to detail, the apartments themselves are spacious and up to date. Not bad prices either considering the cost of living these days, much lower than everywhere else we looked on the island or in Jax.

The woods are gorgeous and the walking trail is greatly appreciated. Honestly, that was the main draw for us to move here. There’s a pretty high turnover rate for such a new place. I notice people moving out every couple days but the community has only been open for about six months so they’re obviously breaking their leases. I would say this is a pretty average complex. Some of the issues include parking, noise, and residents not cleaning up after their dogs. There’s a lot of dog poop everywhere yet management refuses to add more cleanup stations. Nearly everyone has a dog so it’s not like you can pinpoint who’s not cleaning up. Parking is a big issue as there are plenty of spaces near the dumpster but none on the opposite side of the complex once people get home from work. The walls are thin enough to hear your neighbors’ conversations and every time they flush the toilet or take a shower. But that’s pretty average for most places. My neighbors are really friendly and helpful which is awesome!
