My house burned down in the Malibu fires. I had no clothes, no furniture, nothing. After two months in motels, a friend of mine recommended Millennium. The managers and rental staff went out of their way to find me a place in the development that was already furnished. At every step of the way, they have treated me like family. The maintenance staff, amenities, parcel handling, and parking are comprehensive and sophisticated, especially for Santa Monica. This is a great place to live.

I’ve been here for almost a year now, it is the most quiet building ever with the most welcoming and helpful staff! Jayden, the assistant manager, assisted me with the move in and Cassandra, the leasing agent, is always there for me whenever i have issues with the apartment! not to mention the extremely efficient maintenance team that has been fixing any problems within 24hrs or less. I highly recommend this building!

We needed a place to stay while our home was being repaired, and we feel lucky to have found the Millennium. The staff is friendly, patient, and attentive. The grounds are well maintained. The parking is easy. The appliances are new. The unit has everything we need (e.g. a washer and dryer) and something we didn't know we needed (e.g. valet trash service). The complex is incredibly quiet, and everyone that we have met is friendly and welcoming. My husband loves getting a cup of coffee in the lobby every morning, and the bakery is just a few steps away. Who could ask for more?

Yesterday we arrived at the Millennium and were greeted by Lola, the leasing manager. We were looking for a first apartment for our college aged son. While the building is well kept, and the amenities plentiful, the reason we submitted an application on the spot was because of Lola. She really sold us on this place. Her love of this building and its residents was clear to all of us. She was so warm and patient, as well as extremely knowledgeable about the property. During our tour, as we walked by current tenants, Lola greeted each one of them by first name. There is no question this building is in good hands. We already love everything about this place and are confident our son will be safe and secure in a building under her watch. Lola made us feel like we were home.

This is a beautiful complex with amenities and spaces to watch the sun set and sun rise. The staff go above and beyond to communicate and listen to each persons needs. There are great places to eat in walking distance and there are secure bike rooms and charging stations if your car requires that. There are yoga classes on Sundays by the pool and a gym. The building is quiet and airy. I highly recommend this complex.
The staff are nice, however, the apartments are just "ok". They are certainly NOT worth the price. Not even a little bit. You cannot lock or close the master bedroom all the way as they are barn doors. The apartments leak water when it rains substantially. Flooring is the flimsy plastic fake looking wood, not planks. I'm stressing to you for the price they charge, there are way, way better places to live. This is not a good walk-score area, either.
