Everything in the apartment complex is always broken or subpar. Elevators are constantly broke, and trash chute is always backed up. I have gone multiple days without water or power due to building issues. The front door to the building is also broken so any person, resident or non resident, can enter the building at any time. On top of all these issues, they continuously raise rent and say it is 'luxury living' without delivering luxury services. I would also be weary of all the 5 star reviews because they have a reward system that incentivizes giving good reviews.

Great complex to live in if you live in the Nashville area. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and clean. The complex has great amenities and nice finishing in the units.

Absolutely love living here! They host a variety of events and movie nights for us, and you can tell they put a lot of thought into each one! The office team is helpful any time I have questions, and the maintenance guys are quick to respond to work orders and always have the property looking great. I love being able to walk to the local coffee shops and restaurants while still being close to downtown. I plan on renewing my lease when the time comes

Mostly great! However, a few changes have been a little sad. You now have to pay for coffee in the resident lounge when it used to be free, gate issues, hallway cleanliness, and Amazon delivery issues.

I have loved living here over the last two years! We love the location, the management, and especially the unique brick wall in our apartment. I like being able to walk to IPic and all of the restaurants/boba tea/gelato and coffee places nearby. I always recommend living at Millennium High Street to my friends!

I wish I could do 4 1/2 stars my experience here was actually really good But I will not be renewing. It was a rocky star with my apartment actually flooding over two times because of the hurricanes but I think I made a difference having them repair the unit. Hopefully it doesn’t happen to someone else In the future. Besides that the location cannot be beat. It was wonderful. The resident events were also great. I loved the dynamo partnership and glad I was able to go to some games. I will not be renewing because I am leaving the area

The property has its good and bad. Good -maintenance guys are always taking care of the work orders in a timely manner. Bad- the trash dumpsters are always placed in front of the garage entrance and they look nasty. We have been waiting on the trash situation to get better but it’s not.

The doors are not locked. I can just press it with my finger and get in. Otherwise the area is great and food nearby is amazing. Trash valet is a bonus!

Excellent location. Very walkable. Loads of restaurants nearby. Modern apartments with nice layouts. Also, the building has a beautiful pool.

Amazing Maintenance Team, they are also very prompt and professional on all work orders. I feel the property needs a little more work but it’s not just the maintenance guys job to keep things up.

Great and very walkable neighborhood to be in. Sometimes can be noisy with all of the construction surrounding the apartment. Pool and gym are great.

The complex is nice, but sometimes the staffs can be a little bit unfriendly and sassy. The carpets in the hallway smell a bit like garbage. They wouldn't comprised even though the mistake happened from their end.

This is a nice apartment in a nice area. It’s right by every and it feels like the city but the city doesn’t feel loud when you’re in the apartment building. There are a lot of dogs here though because this is a dog friendly apartment, and I’m a not a dog person, but they’re not bothersome.
