Love living here! Awesome staff and very clean and friendly neighbors. The location near the galleria and freeway makes this the best place to be.

I have loved living here over the last two years! We love the location, the management, and especially the unique brick wall in our apartment. I like being able to walk to IPic and all of the restaurants/boba tea/gelato and coffee places nearby. I always recommend living at Millennium High Street to my friends!

I’ve been wanting to live at Millennium since moving to Nashville two years ago. The unit I was fixed on finally became available and I immediately jumped on it sight unseen. Jessie has made the whole process SO easy and been such a pleasure to work with!! I’m looking forward to this new chapter & everything the Millennium community has to offer!

Great staff and great neighborhood. Very walkable yet has a neighborhood feel. Would recommend as a fun, safe place to live within the Nashville area.

I wish I could do 4 1/2 stars my experience here was actually really good But I will not be renewing. It was a rocky star with my apartment actually flooding over two times because of the hurricanes but I think I made a difference having them repair the unit. Hopefully it doesn’t happen to someone else In the future. Besides that the location cannot be beat. It was wonderful. The resident events were also great. I loved the dynamo partnership and glad I was able to go to some games. I will not be renewing because I am leaving the area

The MMR community fosters a welcoming environment, and the staff consistently provide support with any questions or needs that arise. I highly recommend it!

There are so many opportunities to meet other people in the building and build community. I have found my home here and have friends for a lifetime. The events are really fun and amenities are great. Happy I chose this building and cannot recommend enough to new people.

Millennium has been great - I love the social opportunities that management provides and have felt super comfortable here overall.

The property has its good and bad. Good -maintenance guys are always taking care of the work orders in a timely manner. Bad- the trash dumpsters are always placed in front of the garage entrance and they look nasty. We have been waiting on the trash situation to get better but it’s not.

Love everything about the building and especially the staff.. thank you for being so awesome and helping and keeping us in the loop for all activities and maintanence work!

Great move in experience. Love location and the amenities. All the staff are great, views from apartment are great and it is a very walkable area.

Best community i’ve lived in. The staff is amazing, I am truly appreciate of everyone’s efforts. The leasing office team keeps the community fun and engaged, the maintenance team keeps the property in top shape, and the neighbors around are amazing.

The doors are not locked. I can just press it with my finger and get in. Otherwise the area is great and food nearby is amazing. Trash valet is a bonus!

Amazing Maintenance Team, they are also very prompt and professional on all work orders. I feel the property needs a little more work but it’s not just the maintenance guys job to keep things up.

The leasing office was very helpful and had great communication throughout the application and move in process. The building looks great and is always clean. Looking forward to living at Milleniuk Music Row this year.

Great and very walkable neighborhood to be in. Sometimes can be noisy with all of the construction surrounding the apartment. Pool and gym are great.

The complex is nice, but sometimes the staffs can be a little bit unfriendly and sassy. The carpets in the hallway smell a bit like garbage. They wouldn't comprised even though the mistake happened from their end.

Apartment is nice for people looking for community living. Not my personal living style or choice but works for the next year, paired with a poor move in experience wouldn’t make for a fair review.

This is a nice apartment in a nice area. It’s right by every and it feels like the city but the city doesn’t feel loud when you’re in the apartment building. There are a lot of dogs here though because this is a dog friendly apartment, and I’m a not a dog person, but they’re not bothersome.

The move in has been smooth and the surrounding community lovely! Staff at the leasing office have made the transition effortless and the amenities are amazing!

I've lived here for 6 months now and love it! For being close to downtown it is pretty quiet with the only noise occasionally coming from drunk people on pedal taverns. The community is safe and packages can get left in front of doors without anyone taking them for days! There are plenty of parking spaces, clean amenity spaces, communicative staff, and an overall positive environment. I've had a few problems in my apartment with things just needing maintenance and they are super responsive and can fix non-emergency things within a few days.

Overall a great experience so far! Everyone is so nice. Some amenities can be better well taken care of but not the biggest deal. Public areas could be better taken care of as well

The building is in a very nice location, the staff is always welcoming, and helpful. After the hurricane the power was restored the same afternoon, and we were getting constant updates on the situation. Very nice experience!

I enjoy the apartment. The community here is wonderful! I have had made amazing friends here. The location is also amazing! Walkable to restaurants and centennial park. The pool and courtyard have been great places to hang out as well.

I had a really great expierence resigning my lease. Fast and transparent communication. The girls up front are always super nice and on top of it.

Cons: The OpenPath system is cool but rather inconvenient. You will be locked out of the building, especially when there is a power outage or you forgot your phone somewhere. The main problem with this place is the water dispenser on the refrigerator. It constantly stops working, leaving you without a way to adequately hydrate, and causing you to have to spend more money on water jugs, on top of the high rent price. Pros: The location is very convenient for me. The amenities are nice, but not always available. Community events are quite nice.

Millennium Music Row is the ideal community in the heart of Nashville. It's proximity to restaurants, night life, coffee shops, schools and a hospital is ideal. There is so much to do in the area. The property is well maintained with spacious units and high-end finishes. The complex offers many amenities and social events for residents. The leasing and maintenance staff is top notch! They are very friendly and professional. If you have an issue, they are quick to respond and keep the residents well informed of community information.

A perfect Vanderbilt-area apartment. Close enough to the school and the hospital that you can walk every morning, while also being close enough to the bars and restaurants of Division and Demonbreun to walk on any given night. Plus, from the building it is a roughly 3.5 mile run around the Vanderbilt campus which is great for exercise.
