The people here are so nice. Maintenance has been awesome. Staff are so nice too. Nice spacious bedrooms and affordable. The neighbors are great people at our area. Even offered to help move heavy furniture in. I absolutely love the pool. There are seat to set in in the stair into pool area and it’s so relaxing.

Beautiful property, nice and clean. The pool and gym are nicely updated. The best that apartment living will get. I love how there are sidewalks everywhere to keep walking safe, and the grounds are well kept.

I love my end unit and the office staff is friendly, but I concern myself with the Aesthetics or beautification of the grounds such as the damaged front gate parts in which we no longer have an operating front gate (why not remove all evidence of a gate), lack of adequate mulch or pine straw, the covering of holes near my unit, etc. I'm really big on appearance and taking care of things.

My experience been great so far. The staff been great and helpful. I like the location, so easy to get downtown. It been peaceful and quiet. The only issue is parking if you don't have a garage but everything else is great.

I think that I have heard of this apartment complex having negative facets under past ownership, but the current ownership seems to really care about making the community a better place, listening to its residents, and has long-term goals for improving the infrastructure and amenities. As long as you remember that you are living in an apartment and are willing to live with what comes with that, I think you can realistically see that this management cares about making it a good place to live.

Nice apartments . Town house style , like it very much . Some things could be updated. Other wise very nice place and highly recommend anyone to move here.

The front office and maintenance staff have been so incredibly amazing! We’ve gone through Melanie for all of our front office needs and she’s always so kind and makes sure things are taken care of. Maintenance has fixed everything we needed with no issues and have always been so nice to us!

Quiet community. Leasing agents are professional and are there to provide customer satisfaction. Convenient to work and main interstate I85. Maintenance could use a team member to keep the grounds clean by daily checking the grounds for trash, some residents are not responsible to pick up their own trash. In the past maintenance team always checked the grounds for trash. It has been a pleasant community.

I went the swimming pool last week and l had a good with my kids they love to swim. And l like how they take care of the grounds and pressure wash the buildings every day.

I love my new home. Everyone are so nice and it's quite and clean. I picked the right community to start my new life. The pool and gym are great .
Property is clean and the unit is very nice and cozy. I love how the property is up kept on a daily; pet friendly and stylish. The property landlords is also very helpful.
The interior of the renovated apartment units are good quality. Front office workers are very nice and helpful. The walls of the units are thin and noise can be easily heard from the other side.
The apartments offer some great comfort such a low tub/showers for us older people. The kitchens offer great balance of comfort. The garage is a great addition to the rental.
I like living at Millennium! There are two dog parks for my dog to play in and lots of open space. It's in a quiet location but also close to anything you would ever need!
Staff was great getting my lease ready quickly. Complex is private and seems quiet, only recently moved in. Good location, near Woodruff road without the hassle. Dog park is in need of revamping and grounds could be cleaner.
It’s quiet yet kids play and people walk and walk their dogs. It’s respectful and safe place! I’ve enjoyed the time I’ve live here at millennium although a gym update would be appreciated!
This apartment complex has been amazing, the staff is very kind and always does all they can to right any wrongs that might be done. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with work orders as well! Unfortunately the "gym" is barely, if at all, usable and I am having to renew my membership at a gym off site. However, I feel safe taking my runs around the neighborhood and have had nothing but safe and pleasant experiences with neighbors!
Pros- quiet community. Safe Friendly neighbors Landscaping is nice and well kept Staff is friendly Maintenance staff are very responsive and friendly Pet friendly (2 dog parks) Cons Too much vegetation. It's close to the apartments which can draw bugs outside to the inside. Otherwise, I like it here. I highly recommend
still enjoying living here ,love the people around here,hoping the firepit gets fixed soon but everything is has been very good and look foward to more
I would recommend! The grounds are always kept up and clean. The gym is always clean. And I can’t wait for the pool to open. Everybody in the office is always nice and ready to help with anything I might need.
The new company is trying ( and succeeded ) in many areas of getting the community together ! I am thankful for their help and communication .
It’s been great living here, the rent is affordable and it’s nice area & the unit is decent. Service requests got done quickly and the people at the office are very nice. The only thing that negative is the walls are very thin so you could hear people conversation sometimes which I don’t like but it’s not a huge problem so we just adapt to it.
We just moved in about 3 weeks ago and it’s been great. We had a couple issues with our washer and dryer and couple other small things and they came right away to fix them. Everyone is very friendly and nice. The day we moved in we had our neighbor across the way even offer to help us unload the uhual. It is located 15min from downtown .. it’s about 8-10min from their main road of all their shopping/restaurants. So far I have zero complaints for living here, I just wish they had a playground for kids to play on.
It’s very peaceful, no one is rude and the community is very welcoming. The staff always try to help to the best of their ability. No disruptive behavior from other residents or their guests.
The most recent office staff is really nice and accommodating. They respond to emails in a reasonable amount of time. They have also tried to do more events at the office

I moved here from college after my childhood best-friend and her husand had glowing reviews; it didn't start off well but I am amazingly surprised with my experience. I find the community amazing and the prices very reasonable! When I first got to my apartment it was not cleaned and had signs of bug infestation. My husband and I were not written off, the complex took full responsibility for the errors even though it was the fault of the third party services they use. We were upgraded for the same rate, received a credit to our account, and were treated with the utmost respect. I highly recommend this complex!
The units are nice but once I moved in, I realized there is no soundproofing. I can hear conversations and the tenants upstairs play music until 1:30AM on a school night. earplugs and white noise don't help-had to buy expensive headphones. I was told by management there is no "noise curfew" if someone is bothering me I should call the police. None of the amenities are really working. Pool is closed indefinitely for resurfacing, Security gates are permanently broken. 24-hr Gym can only be accessed during office hours. Fobs are not available probably due to crime. Half the porch lights don't work - new ones are backordered. People throw their cigarette butts everywhere and there is not enough parking. I feel I was mislead about the amenities when I toured-I was told they were all available and I definitely think I am paying too much. Yardi is being sued for fixing rent prices which all the big complexes use. The staff and maintenance techs are really nice and probably have their hands full, but the corporate office has their heads in the sand.
I love it here feels like home everyone is nice and friendly. Feels like a family around here. I love the dog park it’s a nice place for the dogs to go.
The apartment is nice and maintenance is fairly quick to assist. Unfortunately, we have some noisy upstairs neighbors which isn’t the fault of the complex. Other than that, we’ve enjoyed living here.
The upstairs neighbors are super loud late into the night and the community service guy is never available when we need him. People do not leash their dogs when walking them and people do not clean up after their dogs.
I been resident for 3 years enjoy the property and my loft apartment community is nice clean maintenance always fill my request and staff very friendly
We have loved living at the Milennium Apartment complex! The staff is so accommodating to maintenance requests and prompltly gets them done! We love living here!!
