Property Ratings at Millenia 700 Apartments
I was very excited to move in, but a few months after living here, the building management took over the apartment buildings across the street as well. Our leasing office is now in their apartment, and I don't think they hired additional maintenance staff; without getting on their case, it takes days for them to get your maintenance issue resolved. Also, this is NOT dog-friendly at all. I don't have a dog, but I can't use the stairwells because they reek of dog pee. I've even seen people letting their dogs pee and poop in the parking garage. Dissapointed.

Our family feels truly blessed with having found this property. Its location is both ideal and unrivaled. It is next to IKEA, next to Bloomingdales and the entire Millenia mall, it has immediate access to the freeway, but also offers other routes nearby like John Young Parkway and Conroy. The accommodations are awesome. The parking garage always has spots available, the storage facilities are great, the gym is always available (only if you push yourself to go), the mail room and the pool and the weekly food trucks, and on and on. But the best part, I think, is the great staff that runs the day-to-day of the property. From the General manager - Ms. Trish, and her the Assistant manager - Ms. Vivian, to the hard working maintenance personnel that are never-not-busy. Everyone constantly strives to make our lives a bit more comfortable and worry free. We now call Millenia 700 our home, and embrace all their staff as our new family. I’ve been able to call this apartment complex home now for 3 years! I love the location and the variety of shops that are close by. The maintenance staff is great and they always respond in a timely manner. The manager here, Trish, is awesome! I needed help with an issue and she took the time to listen to me and provide me with assistance. It was my first time meeting her in person and I’m glad that she was there to help me out. As someone who is moving from South Florida , I toured many of the apartments in the surrounding area, and Millenia 700 was by far the best community. The complex is next a high-end Mall of Millenia and IKEA. The leasing staff, in particular Trish and Vivian, were very responsive and helpful answering all of my needs and questions. The 2 bed 2 bath units are very spacious with lots of natural light and beautiful kitchens. Maintenance team is quick to address maintenance requests and ensures a clean and well-maintained living environment.

I had a really disappointing experience at Millenia 700. The place is constantly filled with trash and dog poop, which is unsanitary and unpleasant. The “pond” in the back is filthy. The hallways are dirty with food, trash, and pet wastes. I’m embarrassed to bring friends and family over. I’ve notified management of the guest parking situation, there are limited parking spaces available and that is shared with another apartment complex M2. I’ve notified management about the speeding in the parking garages, since they’re many children that live and play here. The gate for the parking garage is constantly and consistently broken, which raises a security concern. All of my concerns and complaints have fallen on deaf ears. The elevator has been out of service for MONTHS. Lastly, I've been dealing with incorrect charges and Trish the manager has been non responsive (as usual) I notified her on July 18th, 2023 that I will not be renewing my lease. I did not receive a response from her until July 31st, 2023, after multiple emails were sent. I’ve called and left messages requesting that my account be rectified and I have yet to receive a response from her. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I’m going on my second year here and have enjoyed living here very much. Vivian and Trish in the office are so helpful and friendly and the maintenance guys have taken care of everything I’ve needed done in my apartment. I love how this place is near I-4 and everything I need is within 5 to 10 minutes, especially the mall!
