Owner doesn't do anything
After turning onto an especially bumpy(driveway, main drive? I have no idea) "street" and found roads are pretty much undriveable. Owner refuses to cut grass, empty dumpster, or maintain the part of the road where mail used to be delivered. I don't believe the people living there know their rights and I wouldn't want anyone else to fall into this (for lack of a better word) dump.
